Customer service has been amazing as I have learned to navigate through the app within the past 3 months I've been a user and a new business owner.

And still and again no one can or will fix it. It's bc more trouble than it's worth.

Customers can give review even if they did not turn up and the customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT] WILL TELL YOU THEY WONT REMOVE IT AND THREATEN YOU.

My overall experience with Booksy has been phenomenal. M glad that I got turned onto the app because of my barber.

Daily payouts sent a few days out of each month and are never accurate. Customer service can only forward problems to the developers who never do anything.

Everything is always easy and taken care of. Booksy appreciate their customers and thats why i appreciate them.

So BEWARE OF THIS APP AND THE CHARGES. I have tried to erase my bank information and all other personal information, it will not let me erase my information.

I love that the interface is easy for both the salon and our clients to use. Its awesome that I have so many different reports at my fingertips.

Overall I enjoy the ease of it and not having to neglect my client in the chair to stop and schedule an appointment. I like that they times, days, hours, and prices are available to my clients.

I love the customization available when booking clients and appointments(color coding, time variations) I also like the templates they have to share so easily on social platforms.

I love the Booking integration on social channels and google maps and yelp and IG. App is highly functional and looks good too.

Some of the workers do not have new phones and it was difficult for them to set-up, once done this is working well.

Ease of use, ability to set up jobs, ability to add up to 5GB of files, notes are helpful. Keeps me in the loop with my shop and field employees.

I don’t think there is an option on this app I have a complaint on.

I love the idea that I am able to keep up with my employees time and how much time they spend on each job.

Ve used it now for over a year and have upgraded it, the new details of taking pictures is a brilliant idea when logging in so I know people are at the right place etc.
