As a home based therapist I am on the lowest plan which suits my business.

Wonderful, they have even asked me if i had suggestions for how to make go reminders better. When i told them they said that what i wanted was a feature others wanted to and they were developing it.

I think unlike some others that are solely focused on the small business side, this program has great client outreach features. It also offers relatively simple platform to navigate.

I  have to open a new text to respond in stead of having that option when they leave comments.

I don't like how if I need to change a date for a reminder, it changes all of them if it is selected to distribute weekly. Sometimes, I just need to send out a reminder on a different day of the week.

There's some things that could be implemented that would prevent mistakes on our end.

The best feature that I like is, all the reminders show on your google calendar or the app that you sync it to. They  provide an excellent customer service too.

If someone is looking for a quick site or software to quickly set up appointments this is it. If they are looking for something advanced they may be a bit disappointed.

Our experience has been excellent; quick communication back when we have questions, always courteous and polite.

GoReminders is a reasonably priced software. It's ease of functions allows you to schedule reminders.

We've been using it so long now its like second nature. Customer service is always really great, they even implemented a number of requests/suggests we had - which we thought was super.

The staff is incredibly helpful, i get updates when new features have been released and have been walked through any questions i have.

So glad I have GoReminders, it has saved us a lot of money in 'no shows.

I like that it is very easy to use and it does save information so next time input - it pulls it up.

It is very user friendly, and it is very easy to set up.

My clients now confirm appointments or reschedule and I can easily rebook or utilize their time slot for another client. M not losing revenue and I can see more clients.

Occasionally my staff will input information incorrectly and i will think that the reminder has gone out and nothing goes, but it is more of a user error.

Very good, all are very helpful and friendly...on zooms seeing a face would make it a bit more personal...but its fine.

My suggestion for this software would be an option to cancel appointment. As of now, the options are to reschedule to Confirm.

I don't like the fact that I can't have the same reminder sent to more than one person at a time.

He is Ametican and uses Spike all the time. I like using it because you can chat as well as receiving emails so you can use Spike as an all in one  app which is very useful.

I really like the clear and clean interface, I love simple and non-confusing things. It has everything it takes to get into the toolbox of marketing.

The only negative at the moment is it is web based. Looking forward to having an App for my Mac in the future.

The learning curve has been very shallow (i.e. I've learned a lot / feel comfortable using Spike in a short time) and I'm really enjoying using the App.

But the reason I give this such a bad review is that what they did not tell me was that they remove my branding - my signatures and replace them with their advert.

The incredibly fast customer service - The CS team is really fast (and personable, and friendly and helpful) when I have an issue. And I feel super well-taken-care-of.

Work email accounts with @customname.com are not free. Charged per email account.

The integration was incredible and easy. You can switch from people to more traditional view and once you have used Spike for a couple of days it truly is remarkable.

The overall experience has been great. One of the very few email clients available for mac which comes with a conversation like email thread.

Not that if one person viewed it, I'll have the impression that everyone else did which is false and feels misleading.

Set up and integration was simple - it's great to have my google calendar right there to toggle over too without opening another app on my phone.
