Read "War and Peace" while telemarketing with the Dolphin Dialer
I have used the Dolphin for my own home-based telemarketing service for almost 5 years. I would have been out of business or in a "Paper or Plastic, Ma'am?" ,job if I did not use the Dolphin. it so many cool "bells and whistles". What sold me on The Dolphin was its ability to mouse click a prerecorded voice mail, and immediately dial the next number in my list, hands free.
PROSDial-tone silence on my end. NO longer need to hear their dial-tone to their answer. Prerecorded Voice Mail. Crm. Ability to send a pre-template email with a mouse click. Call recording to a wav file. DO-NOT-CALL list scrub.
CONSIt does not have predictive dialer capability.

Irreplaceable in my business
I've been using Dolphin for over 5 years in my business. It's been a lifesaver for calling customers who have not been using my service. I can make contact with about 100 per hour, either getting them on a live call or leaving a canned message. I love that I can choose multiple voice mails in different situations, on the fly.
PROSEase of use, full featured, etc
CONSSome features aren't as easily accessible. This necessitates a call to support, who are mostly and quickly helpful. In one case I had problems with my computer that prevented me from using Dolphin at all, and they told me "well it works for us", which I thought was pretty lame. I did not use Dolphin for quite awhile, and was about to give up on it completely, until my computer was finally fixed and so were my issues with Dolphin, so I'm a happy user again. Also, their integration with Constant Contact has issues and has never worked for me.

Dolphin Dialer REview
I use the dialer everyday for business. It allows me to make a lot more phone calls than hand dialing.
PROSAbility to use the Power Dialer to make lots of phone calls in a short period of time.
CONSThe lists are not sortable, which makes this cumbersome to use after awhile.

Making your job a little bit easier ...
I work in commissioned sales and a huge part of my job is following up with calling the leads I have. The "Dolphin" software makes this so much easier. It tracks who and when I call ... leaves room for adding comments if you want. You can even pre-record messages to leave making the process even that much quicker. I love it and don't know what I did before I discovered this software. Great for insurance sales.
PROSHow quickly you can move from one call to the next. Pre-recorded messages that you can leave saves an enormous amount of time.
CONSYou have to go to a different screen to delete a contact It's not easy to upload the contacts from a spreadsheet if you're not good with spreadsheets.

Dolphin Pro a sales war machine !
I would like to tell that this software in my experience is by far the best power dialer I've ever used. I switched with many companies before using this software. I tried many other dialers and nothing compares with this software. If you have a company and you want to make your telesales hyper-productive than use this software. Highly recommend. Great and friendly support. It's really simple to use. You just have to import a list and you are ready to make calls. You press the start button and it automaticly calls each number of your list. Once you disconnect from the call than it automaticly calls the other number from your list. You can send automatic emails, faxes, from pre-defined templates you made. Hyper intuitive and made for professional telesales who needs to get more leads. Plus they offer a free trial so you can see the power of this software.

Dolphin power dialer
Other than the trouble with this survey, it has been great. Easy to use. The phone list does not interact with outside programs such as excel. And updating the phone list in the program is difficult.

Great Dialer - Big Features for a small business price
3 of the brokers in my office have been utilizing the dolphin dialer for over 3 years. We put this system through the paces all day, 5 days a week. This is a robust system that is loaded with features and will work well with towers, all in ones or laptops (we've tried all). Great buy!!

A Must Have For Me
I've used the service for about 4 yrs and love the ease of making calls. Customer support is great, quick and always solves any issue.
PROSI love the highlight and call feature plus the ability to drop voicemails is such a time saver.
CONSI do have to log out and back in a lot. It seems to have issues after I've been online for a bit.

Exceptional software.
Dolphin is quite simple, very modular/customizable, and powerful. Good price to include the VoIP client as well; it's a solid all-in-one package. The only criticism would be that the software looks slightly dated, but it doesn't take away from the function or professionalism at all. I have 7 Dolphin accounts and I plan to add more shortly.
PROSTons of power and overall customization. Easy to add or remove features you don't want marketers to use.
CONSIt looks rather dated, but doesn't affect the software's efficiency at all.

Easy to Use
I recently began working with the Dolphin Power Dialer to cold call for insurance sales. It was very easy to begin with the trail version and I received several contacts via phone and email from the technicians at EVS to make sure that I was doing well with the software.
PROSIt is a very easy set up and the call quality was better than my experience with some other dialers. The software is simple to navigate; yet it still has all of the benefits of other power dialers including a calendar, crm, email functions, and click dialer. You can choose which functions you would like to use and hide the modules that you are not interested in using. If you have questions, you can call and speak to a real person, which is refreshing. They even stayed on the line to help me after office hours.
CONSThe obvious drawback is that there is only one line dialing; so this may be good or bad depending on your market segment and product offering.

Excellent Performance
Excellent overall performance! Their customer support is excellent, product is easy to use, and they have multi-level software solutions for maximum value for money results. I would certainly recommend this company to friends for their business use. The Dolphin team are superb!

Implementation problems were addressed by Tech Support and assisted by Sales, quickly. We have a challenging set-up because we are a US-based company that uses offshore contracted (third party) telemarketing agents that use the dialer for outbound calling.
PROSSimple. PAM button. Excellent call quality so long as the user has fast enough pinging speed.
CONSNot a web-based product, needs to be downloaded as software to a user's computer. Also, for the Philippines-based, offshore contracted telemarketing agents we use, they typically don't have fast pinging speed in their internet set-up. We're exploring with them whether they can relocate their office and find fiber optic-based internet service to get past the current slow pinging speed which throws them out of the Dolphin Power Dialer.

Love This Dialer
I have had bad experiences with internet dialers in the past. This dialer is by far the best internet dialer I have used. Any issues we have come from our internet and not the dialer. We have been using the dialer for nearly 1 year and have no issues that were the dialer's fault.
PROSVirtually everything about this is positive for the price you pay.
CONSMinor, would like to have the ability to adjust the screen size.

Disappointed in program
Mapping field tags can't be customized, therefore it makes it very difficult to map information in correct fields.

Great Dialer
Dolphin is great. Easy to use always working with virtually no service issues. I would recommend to anyone.
PROSI like the automated voicemails cuts my call time down significantly.
CONSI wish the area where you put the telephone number accepted the number in other formats like (123) 456-7890 so that I can copy and paste numbers.

Good News!!
I am not very computer literate, however I was able to navigate through the Dolphin with awesome customer support. And there are video tutorials that I found to be very useful. Since I have 2 monitors I would put one on a tutorial and the other on the dolphin. It allowed me to pause, or speed up the tutorial while I did what was needed on the Dolphin program.
PROSVideo tutorials are the absolute best!!
CONSNot being able to do 2 things. 1) When I purchase my lists I want to be sure I am getting value for my money. Sometimes I get a lot of disconnects and it would be nice if there was a disposition simply for "disconnected" numbers. Like a simple "disc'. That would be very valuable option so i would know exactly how many numbers and who they were that were disconnected. 2) Also i sell utilities and contracts may not be expired with a potential customer, so another disposition would be "contract end date", which would allow me to farm them.

My Dolphin Observations
Once I learned how to use the software (using the video tutorials), I found it to be a powerful marketing tool.
PROSOnce your familiar with it, it is easy to use. I like the many ways in which I can manipulate my lists, voice messages and keep track of it all with the reports.

Great value
I run a small team with medicare advantage and for calling it's a great product did not work with crm but that's why I am upgrading to the parrot.

Overall a good company and product
The software is easy to use, flexible and allows for customization. The people who work there is the only reason I have stayed with the product, they are very accommodating and very helpful .
CONSI've had to rebooted my system to work sometimes, especially since I got a new modem. But its mainly my ISP's issue.

Easy Dialer
I used this to make my check every week. I load my list and let the dialer call. My job is to do as many call transfers as I possibly can so this works great for me
PROSIt's easy call features like the call transfer to multiple telephone numbers. and the fact that all the info appears when you dial a certain number
CONSIt's hard to say anything negative about this software because it's so practical and does everything I need it to do

I only use Dolphin Pro!!
The Dolphin software is great because it is user friendly as well affordable. It does everything I need it to do to help my business thrive/grow. The best part to me is the customer support team. From sales to tech support, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help with any w questions I might have. Great Company!!!
