The software and support are awesome and meets the expectation.

All the Features are awesome and each and everything is customized. User Friendly, more features at low cost.

Doocti Solution

I am very happy with Doocti. I have been on the line for a couple of Year now, and have not had any issues with getting disconnected or dropped calls. The application is also easy to use and accessible for everyone. It's an application I recommend to anyone looking for a good line.

PROS

I am handling sales process, and I'm always on the lookout for new tools that can help me with my job. When I came across Doocti, I was kind a skeptical at first. After giving it a try, though, I realized it had everything that I needed and more to help me the process with ease.

CONS

As far as we have got all needed feature from Doocti.

We are using Tevatel Products more then 4 years. They are providing a very best IVR Product in the market in recent days.

PROS

I am a long term customer of Doocti and I have been very happy with the service. They have always delivered what they promised, on time and within budget. As a Process owner, I know that my business relies on the phone and I can't risk having bad phone service. With Doocti, I never have to worry about my call quality or downtime because they are extremely dependable.

CONS

The only thing I want to change is the user interface.

Doocti Dialer Solution

Doocti provides a great phone system for businesses of any size. It's lightweight, easy to use, and has a beautiful user interface. It's also much better priced than some of the other phone systems out there, and they actually seem to care about your experience with their product.

PROS

I've been using the Doocti integration in our organization and it has been great. The team at Doocti was really helpful when I had a question, and they were able to help me with it right away. It's been easy to integrate too, we have our whole team using it.

CONS

It's a great software. I just wish it could give me suggestions when I try to dial out a wrong number.
