It's been great, definitely a gamechanger in our selling process.

I appreciate that new features are continually being added. I have not had the opportunity to integrate them yet, but I am excited about embedding form fill-in's, virtual walkthroughs and photo galleries, etc. In an industry that changes so often such as ours, having one "source of truth" document is so important. It prevents old copies of price sheets or home availability from confusing prospects in their buying process.

I realize it's fully a user error issue, but one time I accidentally deleted a brochure that was associated with more permanent marketing methods such as a QR code displayed on collateral given to homeowners and on-site signage. The Paperturn team was able to quickly re-roll the error, but it seemed as this was just pure luck as I noticed the error immediately. If they would not have been able to do so, this QR would've become useless and no longer linked to the proper content. There's always now just a slight concern in the back of my mind when uploading new documents as this is not an error I wish to make again.

It's easy to use and so for it seems to accurately show our customers a preview of what their printed piece will look like.

Ease of use, along with the extra features and permissions come in real handy. We use them to customize each customer's proof Experience.

Upload time to the server is pretty slow. It'd help us out a whole lot if it could create a high quality ePub file.

Paperturn is really easy to use, and it works. Once you have your pdf ready, it is a question of a few minutes and there you are, your book-reading-pdf is ready to be shared.

The fees are a bit too high, I would prefer to have a fee per order, not per month.

Our client wanted a digital version on their annual benefits guide for healthcare open enrollment. In my past carriers, I have used similar products on the market, and was unhappy. Within my first chat with customer service, I was impressed and signed up for a free trial. Anytime I have had an issue, customer service was there to answer my questions (no matter how trivial!).

My favorite part of this product is that our client can use this on their desktop and phone and there is NO DIFFERENCE between the quality and ease of use. As an account manager, a happy client is the goal!

We are a B2B company, and we love how easy it is to send these digital copies out to our customer data base... it's instant communication and it saves us money on printing and distribution costs. Our customers can also easily share our digital brochure, with their own customers. So it's a double-win for us. And the best thing is, if there is a change to our pricing or product line, we just make the adjustments within the Paperturn platform - and we know that our customers, and their customers, immediately have access to the new and updated information - without us having to specifically communicate it to them. We also love that we can share fun videos of our products in use. And we keep an eye on our statistics to find out what products are the most popular, and where we can improve. There is a whole wealth of information we can gather from our new digital brochure and pricelist. We really love using Paperturn.

We did some research in the beginning and found that Paperturn is a bit more expensive when we did a competitor comparison. We actually stopped our subscription and went for a cheaper option. I think if I had to choose something, it would be that I could edit my PDF that I upload into Paperturn. I have had spelling errors before, and would be easier to update that within Paperturn.

It has been great working with paperturn and featuring brochure on our website has had a huge impact to our business revenue. It is really easy to use and allows us to create digital brochure and set live on site in an instant. The links to our site are so important so customers can purchase directly on our website. The analytics are also really useful to us to show which pages perform the best and inform future content.

I have struggled to link into google analytics but that might be more of a google analytics technical issue than an issue with paperturn but further knowledge of the customer journey from when they view the brochure would be interesting.

Using Paperturn as our digital catalogue solution has been a dream. I've used the online support which has always been excellent and I've been so impressed with the regularity of updates and improvements which continually add to the product's excellent value for money.

We launched an international e-Book viewed in 39 countries and reports are very good thus far all over. We are able to capture data and email addresses easily as well. The customer service at Paperturn is the among the best we have ever encountered. Even though we are in a completely opposite time zone, we receive timely responses and they always respond with good assistance which is helpful.

Once we uploaded our file, it was seamless. We were able to add links, art, even change pages and make corrections very easily. Online, it just worked well and continues to flipping smoothly. This is the best page turn we have used and I used to be a publisher of large magazines.

We purchased a custom url for our pageturn but currently the system does not allow for our simple domain but includes extra letters. It is my understanding this is something already in process of release soon.

Paperturn is really easy to use. I upload all my study projects there and got a lot of positive feedback from other students and lecturers. Especially the video function is great because it plays within the flipbook - so no long waiting-time to play an example video in another browser-tab. Would definitely recommend!

It would be cool if I could also include audio files into my flipbook just like videos. Right now I'm including music videos and make them super tiny, but just the audio file would be a benefit. I contacted the customer service and they said they will implement this soon, so I'm looking forward to it!

Seems like price is so high for the 3 flip books we have.

In particular Paperturn has enabled us to keep former residents up to date with information about the friends and community activities that help link them to their memories without having to be mailed a paper copy. It has thus reduced our carbon footprint whilst providing a valuable service.

The ability to simply overwrite which simultaneously overwrites previous iterations. This obviates the need to actively overwrite links on the website or advise all previous recipients that the new version is now online.

The inability to retrieve statistics which may be erased in error!

Paperturn was extremely easy to customize to fit our needs, and it remains very easy to update on a daily or weekly basis. The customization options allow the product to seamlessly fit into the rest of our branding. Training isn't even required for new users, it's so intuitive.

I use this flipbook application for publishing books with images and occasional music files. This software works well for me setting up projects that I can update easily and are more colourful with a pdf source than say Kindle.

The software tracks very valuable click data and gives us insight to what products our clients are most interested in. The search feature also makes it easy for both our staff and clients to reference information about our products.
