I've been in touch with reps on the live chat and he gave a really good customer service and solved our problem quickly by suggesting really good solutions adapted to our business.

So far there is no such, maybe a little bit hard to set up the integration.

The rep helped me with some difficulties we were having and she gave me the right advice, simple, clear and very easy.

The data doesn't always match up correctly and correcting errors has proven to be quite difficult in the past, especially with the old OneSaas platform.

OneSass connect data with Magento and SageOneAccounting and is is very important feature, and it makes my job easier, and saves me time.

The platform is generally very stable and it's fairly easy to use.

Software is consistent and reliable. The online support is exceptional and every support agent I've dealt with over the years has been great to work with.

Setting up the system was involved and confusing not having correct parameters set up so the system integrated with warehouse correctly.

It used to have some nice features that worked and saved us time. The pricing was really competitive.

That is takes care of our orders seamlessly. Moving them from Woo Commerce into our accounting software and shipping software.

OneSaas is truly a revolutionary piece of precise software engineering. It syncs all of my sales/payment/refunds and customers which gives me more time to engage with my customer base.

No longer makes updates to existing records, it only syncs new records, so it still requires a ton of manual work to keep things up to date. The sync breaks constantly.

For those not familiar with technology or integrating systems within systems, the setup may be confusing.

Accounting is our main issue as we are not knowledgable in the area. However OneSaas solves that automatically.

Today, I had syncing issues. I got worried because I don't tamper with my settings, I only ever click sync.

We have been using Snaplogic since past 3+ years now and have been quite impressed with their offerings and functionality.

From a capability perspective, the product was amazing. Being early adopters, whatever hurdles we came across, they were all addressed by the support team.

Vast number of pre-built connectors that are available with the product, some of them need separate subscription though. This makes the overall integration much faster to deliver.

I loved the processing and organising of my own data both manually and auntomatically which helps me save time and give me space to add more data for my enterprise.

Overall I think snaplogic is a great tool and efficiently helps to integrate systems and works well with ipaas and splunk.

The fact that the software can give u the authority to organise every data processed in ur enterprise is quit mind blowing , doesnt take alot of quality time for ur data to.

The troubleshooting is a pain. It is different to know what pipelines are feed to what other pipelines and determine the complete dependencies.

It is easy to use and easy to configure tasks. Also easily to configure using ipaas.

Limit in specific connectors, Limited history tracking.

Overall, it was an amazing experience with Snaplogic.

The only way to fix the error is by created a new snap with the same information which can be frustrating.

At  first it is difficult to use , until u start each step by step. It is inexpensive to the ones who can  afford  it.
