Easy set up, helpful staff, professional look

All we need for our business bookings and accounts are easy to access and all in one place

PROS

Although we are still finding our way around the software it's already easy to use and our customers seem to be using it which is useful as they found our last system hard. The dashboard is a great tool and the information you can pull from it is very useful. Antonio is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble!

CONS

If I'm not wrong in thinking this isn't available then having a database of attendees as well as customers is useful. Also, being able to book two different classes at the same time.

Good back office but customers found it difficult to use

OpenPlay was a good option for online booking, initially they had very good customer service and were able to help with set up and issues. Certain elements of the package were never set up & OpenPlay then moved away from offering the package we used so we had to find a new booking system.

PROS

The reporting functions were very good and it was easy to see the whole programme at a glance

CONS

Customers found it difficult to use and often had to contact us for help.

No problems, just a lot of reading I wish they’ll just get to the point
