SportMember is membership management software that allows sports coaches and club administrators to allocate pitches, schedule games, and coordinate with members and staff. Features include a team calendar, dues collections, stats tracker, website builder, membership database, and more. With the SportMember calendar, club managers can allocate and organize the use of resources such as locker rooms and pitches to specific teams. Team calendars, season games, fixtures and practices can be arranged, so club managers can ensure that all teams have access to the required facilities when needed. Our preferred club management solution

It cover all our needs - from administrators, parents and players. Payments, game participations, statistics etc.

PROS

The wide range of functions - and the great approach of making everything very easy and smooth.

CONS

That is took time to convince the team to jump on. But now the whole club of 1100 members are daily users.

Reasons for switching to SportMember

The other app didn't offer all functions we get with sportmember. It was easier for us to have everything integrated in one program then using two or three.

Endlich den Verein gut organisiert bekommen

PROS

SportMember ist ein rund um gelungenes Managementsystem um unseren Verein gut zu organisieren und die Mitgliedsbeiträge im Griff zu haben.

CONS

Einen echten Nachteil sehe ich nicht. Das komplette Paket ist einfach homogen.

As a Club with around 50 members we have found SportMember to be very useful

PROS

The ability to communicate effectively with our various teams and individuals has been hugely beneficial to the smooth running of the Club. The use of the Calendar makes it simple and straightforward for our members to keep abreast of what is happening

CONS

The only drawback we would say is that the Software seems to have been primarily designed for football teams to the detriment of other sports. The ability to record results could do with some improvement

Solo para Futbol o deportes de equipo

Genera más trabajo que utilizar el WhatsApp para organizar todo

La manera de poder tener todo organizado

CONS

Los alumnos tienen q inscribirse a las actividades clicando cada vez sin poder hacer repeticiones en caso q un alumno asista todas las semanas . Tampoco se pueden quitar de la actividad repetida , tiene q clicar en cada una de ellas

Correcta gestión de los clientes

El beneficio más principal ha sido el hecho de la organización y gestión del cliente, tanto en torneos como los correspondientes pagos.

Posee la ventaja de poder organizar torneos con los miembros registrados con mucha facilidad.

CONS

Inicialmente al cliente le costaba entender su funcionamiento, y tenemos que enseñarle en pocos minutos a usar la web.

Planificación deportiva muy buena

PROS

A la hora de organizar torneos se puede manejar muy bien la interfaz , y así modificar datos relevantes.

CONS

Podría mejorar en la velocidad de la app, algunas veces se queda pillado y toca reiniciarlo.

Very useful tool

Great time saving tool!

PROS

We found the app extremely useful for our schedule and team communication. Don't know how we used to do it before.

CONS

Like every feature so far. Very pleased with this huge time saver. So pleased, wouldn't change a thing.
