Rather Impressed

Overall, I was very satisfied with the result and our continued results. We’ve had little to no downtime with the app and the fact that we can operate without any cell service has allowed us to minimize the event downtime. We went looking for months for the right solution and we think STACT is a great fit for our needs.

PROS

To be honest, I had a really hard time finding technology that could solve my needs. They were able to create some custom solutions along side their tech to make it work for us.

CONS

Unfortunately there was no out of the box solutions, so we had to customize the technology to our needs. That said, they did a great job with that. There is an obvious onboarding side to the technology that wasn’t super easy, but after spending time with their onboarding team, we were able to have a solid understanding of how to solve some of our internal issues.
