I like working on Cerdaac, it has helped me a lot to find certs and information I needed on a tool.

I like that I can create reports and have them ran for just my location plus others. It make finding tools quicker.

I just don't know what all reports can be created.

I use Cerdaac daily to track items within our facility. It helps me keep track of which department items are located. I do not use the reports function much.

CERDAAC was easy to learn and apply within our company, its a good database.

It would be better if the calibration information was linked better when trying to review it in the making of a calibration certificate, you cant see your information side by side to fill in the blanks for printing a calibration certificate.

It help my job to keep track of everything, as what is due, what is in process, vendors, departments, users, everything is there, there is no need of having different softwares, CERDAAC is complete.

The possibility to customize the reports, all kind of reports to present to upper management to be updated about our calibration health within the company

I have no complaints. The only thing maybe would be the possibility to access video trainings about the software, that would be nice to access.

CERDAAC is very easy to perform especially for new employees. I've worked in CERDAAC now for 1 year and now training new employees on how to perform once you have logged in.

there is nothing wrong with working in CERDAAC so far.

We track calibration assets and store certificate records within the system. Once you get comfortable with that we started tracking weekly/monthly tasks that need to be completed. Even purchase reminders to avoid shipping premiums.

Every asset belonging to a team or location can be easily tracked and seen by others

Some minor roles lack the option to save custom reports

Cerdaac is very easy to use and find information on all of our test equipment we use. I like having the option to view where the status of the equipment sent out to calibration is and what status the the equipment is in and where it is. Also like being able to look up equipment by asset number, makes finding information easy and list all the calibrations for that piece of equipment.

Was used to working with old version of Cerdaac, now getting switched over to new version just learning all the options available on the new version.

Finding Help or training when needed on functionality that I (or other Asset Owners) don't use all the time. It is not readily available.

Great for tracking test equipment (asset management) and for keeping up with calibration status. Items which are not currently in the calibration cycle can be tracked easily and added to the cal cycle when needed.

Lag between issuance of a shipper and its receipt into the system, thus removing items submitted from the overdue reports.

Cerdaac is fairly easy to use. For my use I take id numbers and enter them into the software and once finished it generates a shipper which gets attached to the equipment to get picked up.

I would like to be able to scan the items into the software. It would make the process much faster.

More user friendly than other CMMS I've used, but less functionality. Good for equipment, but really need a program that's more holistic to the facility.

System is usually pretty easy to navigate.

Limited search parameters (e.g. can only search by Assets and not other identifiers within the record). The biggest drawback is that, I'm told, Rooms cannot be added- and thus work orders (e.g. cracks in walls, pest control) cannot be generated.

The database is very easy to use to look up assets and asset information.

Our site has assets all over the plant and in some places they are hard to find. Having more detailed descriptions of where assets are would be helpful.

It does all I need it to. I have no complaints to file nor changes I would request at this time.

Cerdaac does just about everything that I would like it to. It is extremely customization to your individual needs. I find it pretty intuitive to use after minimal training.

Some of the widgets do not always seem to give accurate information or the information that is given has some nuance behind it that cannot be explained by the numbers. The rest of the software is great.

Overall, its good.

The ESD and Calibration certificates that we find on CERDAAC tool has all the info the we need. we don't have to search for other details if we have this certificates. The tests done by SIMCO helps us to be in compliance.

It would be nice if the reviews are conducted periodically which hardens the software.

I think it's a good products. It's helps maintain up to date maintenance on tools and devices we may need calibrated based on the list inputted into the program.

You get reminders on tools or services on equipment that are coming due.

As of right now there is nothing that I do not dislike about your tool.
