This system has dramatically sped up our workflow, saved money on loses and late equipment, as well as provided us a very consistent workflow throughout our daily processes.

Technical support has been responsive in dealing with the issues each time but it was frustrating that it was occurring daily for a long time before it finally settled down.

This may be the only software available that is adaptable among many departments in a single institution, and does  a good job managing  assets and people.

I like that we are ready to effortlessly distinguish a understudy from their title or understudy id and see what things they have checked out at any time.

It has a plethora of features and can be customized to your specific integration needs. The ability to reserve by type instead of specific resources is also super valuable.

I know how difficult it is to keep track of things in just a spreadsheet or a calendar and am grateful for the many features of WebCheckout.

There are a few things that I would consider minor annoyances for webcheckout.

I detest a few of the error messages given after endeavoring to checkout some inventory. The error messages may be a touch more particular and specific.

WebCheckout has really responsive and great customer support. Our back end team has always been able to relatively quickly setup integrations and make upgrades.

It is simplistic, not overly complex while still done. We have some fair sophisticated workflows and it accommodates them.

Their customer support is fantastic and they really listen to and implement feature suggestions.

Using WCO for the past 4 - 5 years, I have seen it continually evolve to be even better and better at serving both the institutions using it and their end users.

The software does it all...especially now after well over a decade of upgrades and user feedback. The customer service is the best.

WebCheckout is one of the best - and only - solutions that met our needs with the computers, cameras, and other technology equipment we loan out.

Conflict messaging isn't always clear - You are sometimes prohibited from performing an action without a clear explanation of what is preventing you from proceeding.

Webcheckout is a robust system that does an outstanding job managing a large inventory of equipment.

We have several departments using this system with the library as the main user in our college. The customer service is great and they always respond in a timely and friendly manner.

There are some things that webcheckout does really well. I love that it syncs with Active Directory and the reporting they do is also very nice.

I appreciate the web based system being easy to use which allows us to train our technicians quickly.

It seems to be lack of API that enables user to get/update information from this system.

Multitasking capability is limited. I am forever opening allocations/patrons/resources in new tabs to fine-tune, edit, and schedule.

The software in places seems to have no input from designers.

It's so powerful and can do so much, that it's going to be complex, and they do their best to keep it as simple as possible. Phone support is extremely responsive and capable.

The Web Work system has been reliable and stable; the support team has been first rate, friendly, and always prompt in replying to any questions or requests we have.

Very pleased with the ease of use, such as pull down tabs/menus, etc. The ability to review individual sites, by requester, craft, etc. and having it all at your fingertips.

We like the idea that if possible, we can expand the use of Web Works to include inventory, cost, etc. and hope that we will be able to take advantage of this in the near future, budget permitting.

No bi-annual 'surprises' where we have to buy upgrade packages as they are released. We are always up to date.

Forms were lost, misplaced, and not appropriately tracked. Clients, staff and managers were all able to complete and fax in the forms.

We are very pleased with our work order system. The schools find it very user friendly.

Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.

We have never been dissatisfied with the customer service. They have always responded quickly and if there is a problem or a better way to do things, they listen.

Clients were waiting for months in some cases for simple maintenance such as leaky fawcets, painting, appliance repair. There was little or no accountability.

The customization of each screen is a great feature. The speed of the system over our cell phones is great.
