Personally I love it and would continue to use it but as we gain more and more users the price is becoming a serious bone of contention here.

Pricing was comfortably within budget for our small business. Positively recommend this for internal use or even for business to client use.

Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.

They have a great team, and are committed to helping their customers find success. We've gotten great feedback from our users.

Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.

We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company.

It can be a little confusing getting started and building a content library from scratch is tough.

The ability for multiple users to have open and edit one document simultaneously has saved us countless hours of versioning and editing.

The support team is also very responsive and will not stop until we fix the issue or find the solution.

In particular, no more intake forms to complete to get to the guided cart output – it’ll be, just click and go.

No option to bulk load content as I have seen with other proposal management software.

The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant.

He also helped us to find the best and most efficient ways to organize all of our content in the database.

Overall, I really enjoy using Qorus. I can quickly find information and it's the first place I tell coordinators to go for information.

When starting the project, understanding taxonomy and content structures were really hard.

Concept is good, but the frustration of having to do a password reset every time highlights to me that the software itself is weak. What else is not working right.

I also love how easy the tool is to use. Your ease of integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint make using the tool as simple as can be.

The time involved in adding question sets to the database. Inability to approve a block of standard materials upon review.

Qorus is missing some of the more common navigational, inline text editing, and drag and drop features most Windows and Mac users are used to, which can make small tasks take longer than needed.

Sometimes it feels a little glitchy, things don't work, have to retry, etc. And the glitches are sporadic so they are hard to trace.

The consolidation of our assets and task management in a centralized hub has made a tremendous difference in our ability to produce proposals and respond to RFPs.

The implementation / conversion was easy. The user interface is very intuitive.

The way Qorus developed the product with intelligently and it gives a good result by creating Document and Proposal Management.

I like that I am able to quickly search for proposal content and copy over to my template with out a ton of additional steps.

Pay the competitors no mind - QorusDocs should be your choice.
