  • Pros

  • The reminder system works awesome, it integrates well with my google calendar, and it's just the best for my business.
  • Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.
  • Cons

  • Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.
  • When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

  • This included, automatic email drip campaigns, reminders sent to clients (both email and text options), agreement creations, file library, etc. There is so much for such an affordable price.
  • I have a background managing IT systems and it's important to me to have a good system to use. My clients are very happy with CA.
  • Cons

  • At some point the design structure changed, and I had a hard time navigating it after that. That was my own fault, though.
  • There have been times when I had to abandon a worksheet and start over because the code got messed up.
