Coach by another coach in a group that I am a part of and when I tried it, it was quite easy to use and the staff was ready and willing to help me quickly with any difficulty I had.

A very well architected and thought out platform. Easy to setup and use and amazing support with instant response and extremely fast resolution.

It is easy to use, and supports my business processes in coaching and consulting.

But as I use it more I see that its all about the 'journeys' As a way to build a standardized customer experience. I'll need to upgrade as I get more settled with the coaching practice.

Coach & an ICF certified coach with 10 years of coaching experience. Being an independent coach, I needed to manage and track so many things that I had no real mind space for coaching.

If I must, then I would suggest that a 360b degree tool can be designed and included with a readymade template. If it is already there, obviously, I've missed it.

They have superior Customer Service team and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very attentive to clients and making this the most effective and efficient software for them.

So, a product that is versatile, highly effective and simple to use is a blessing for any coach.

The app chat and progress tracking is a life saver for managing multiple clients with each and providing customization.

But I do really love the ease of use of the app when creating programmes as it can become very monotonous making programmes on a daily, but this makes it much more enjoyable and professional.

I dislike how when I remove a client who is currently not paying, all of their data disappears.

It's a pleasant surprise, the platform and app are regularly updated, the support team and founder are very hands on and helpful.

YouTube videos are a great addition to this software. I love being able to look back on videos and descriptions WHILE I am working out.

The Transition from owner to trainer app is a little confusing.

The customer service is excellent but the program and app need a lot of updates.

Decent but could be made easier to use with the dashboard layout. Great platform but just needs to made more user friendly.

The graphics on the scheduler were difficult to read. Often, I was confused about when my trainer was available and when she wasn't.

The only con I would have about the software is that the workouts do not disappear if you fail to do one.

This is a straight up app to give my clients work outs on that they can easily maneuver and manipulate as they need to.

Awesome app to keep clients accountable. Create workouts easily and very helpful when you can be with a client.

Easy to use for both the trainer and the client. Easy to add and modify workouts and to add demos.

So the exercise will show up in a saved workout but no video link appears anymore, and if I search for the exercise to add to another workout it isn’t there. This is an inconsistent problem.

I like that I can add my own exercises to my library. I like that I can save favorite workouts to reuse with different clients.
