My overall experience was good with the product. Recommend for replacing manual ordering process.

Overall I would recommend SAP SRM as it makes it easy to manage vendors and process orders.

From an approver standpoint, users are quickly notified via email and can easily click a few buttons to move forward.

SAP products are always hard to master and seting up a new profile takes time. Cannot be used in mobile, only desktop computer is needed.

User friendly ...all information at your fingertips.

In my short time using SAP this has been an excellent tool that connects the supply chain network from either the supplier or the plant to the customer.

I like the fact that it's connected with your own ERP system so real-time information can be shared with vendor partners from the SAP system. I personally shared MM module data.

Offers alot of functionality to assist with my supply chain needs for contract electronics. It is very user friendly and easy to train on.

The software is integrated well with SAP and ESS which makes it simple and easy for user to order items and understand how to order these items.

Easy to use and information available online through Google for any questions that I have.

Limited documentation available online for troubleshooting.

Needs intensive training especially for people with no experience with using SAP systems.

Ve made a lot of buying through this application giving good results and leaving tracks of the process.

This software integrates well with other SAP products and is similar in layouts so is easy to pick up.

The standardization of the software in most companies help to understand and master this application. The simple interface and the ability to customize is a huge plus.

I love being able to manage our supply inventory in an organized fashion and the ability to share information with other employees.

This is a great product because of all the features it has, the abilities, and what you can do to export with it.

You get what you pay for, but at times a small business will have difficulties justifying the cost.

The information flow from SAP-ERP to SRM often gets stuck. Usage is not very intuitive.

I like the customization when it comes to the displays. At a glance, I can see everything that is important to me with regard to my environment.

But things are getting changing pretty rapidly.

There are several bugs and gotchas we have encountered and there are some limitations that are disappointing.

The open capability and flexibility to adapt on custom requirements.

Regarding my experience with Alarming solution for events,  only missing part is to combine multiple alarms into 1 only alarms.

It has been an essential part of our ability to quickly represent the facts in troubleshooting situations.

It does this really well. The tools to troubleshoot quality issues are extremely helpful in identifying specifically where issues are happening.

I like the ability to configure alerts as well as troubleshoot the reported issues.

It is bit difficult for us to upgrade or reinstall on new servers.

I do not have anything that I would consider bad about this product.

Excellent - good product - reliable and excellent support from Tech and commercial IR leads wehen issues encountered.

The flexibility of the solution allows us to continue to expand our monitoring capabilities as we evolve our capabilities. IR Collaborate is also an invaluable training tool.

Easily customisable for delivering Customer appropriate content and displays.

Starting database and IRFAX collection are very useful feature which helps in identifying the exact cause of the issue. Reading and setting thresholds are easy to use.

Seeing Avaya specific information like firmware information is also extremely helpful for upgrades.

On thick client there is no option to undo if you accidently delete any config file until unless you have a back of that file.

Overall, we have been very happy to have IR Collaborate. The biggest win has been the ability to easily troubleshoot issues related to QOS issues.

It has more features which helps for reporting and tracking our customer ATMs.
