  • Pros

  • Solution complexity is good for managers and overview, graphs is good and transparent to users, notification is understandable.
  • The best aspect about this tool is that Inflectra is commited to making it better. Customer service is great.
  • Cons

  • Misunderstanding the designed use compared to their personal opinion.
  • Some names of fields seem contrived and not everything is in the expected place. But these will be transient problems.

  • Customer service has been exceptional. And they seem to be legitimately receptive of feedback, which is a great sign.
  • Day to day operations are great and easy to onboard our staff into. There is no hardware investment in maintaining devices for our remote team.
  • Cons

  • It was confusing setting the work hours. I was expecting to set the time i was at work.
  • Some of the employees have difficulty having the spoke phone ring on their phones. But this could be user error.
