I really liked the support responsiveness. They are on the ball, listen to your comments and try to integrate if the comment can bring value to their product.

Some menus and forms are a little bit confusing. Workflow and knowlgedge management are not flexible enough.

It is pretty easy to use and support has been helpful with issues we have.

They are very slow to return emails or to address the issues. Things would randomly go wrong - and no recourse was offered, much less apologies offered.

One notable feature is the ability to embed code from other applications and tools inside Uuki posts. In summary, Uuki has many options and features, making it very easy to build a community.

Sometimes it gets a little glitchy and the events function doesn't work well. It worries me that the rest of the community sections will get that way as well.

Also, the integrations are limited and I am not yet able to chat with other members privately.

I think this is what reeled me in, I had tried other community platforms but they were very complex, written in stone, and felt like a lot of maintenance/managing had to go to it.

The customer support is awesome. Aside from the very active Facebook community, the support team is very responsive and will respond to your concerns as early as possible.

M able to bypass facebook and paid community sites with this lifetime deal. My community is focused around the metaverse so super excited for the NFT incorporation.

Allowing emojis to be used in the heading/listing provides a distinctive touch allowing admin to highlight areas that are important to the members.

Setting up the community is super easy and straightforward. If you go through the setting one by one yo an easily have a community ready for prime time in less than half an hour.

UUKI has a great user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to make it fun and engaging. The functionality looks good and growing a lot.

I love how active and prompt founders are in the community to help users who need their support or help. I use UUKI to build my student community where they can come and ask queries.
