The customer service is by far the best I've experienced with any platform, especially since we started using StartupTree with a program that exceeded any other program they'd worked with in the past.

Their leadership and technical staff are talented and responsive which makes me very optimistic about the future of Startuptree.

The functionality is good and they have helpful programming to engage users and administrators.

My favorite part of this software is that it provides a useful list of resources and learning opportunities for future entrepreneurs.

I recently started using Startup Tree and found it fairly easy to navigate. Some things were not intuitive, but I managed to find what I needed.

The ability to be able to have students view my calendar, directly book a meeting with me and communicate with me all through the platform is such a great feature.

The students sometimes have trouble loading large files.

It can be hard to find the different areas to judge and review applications when we have several. I would prefer not to have to refer back to the Startup Tree email each time.

Support and customization options are wonderful.

Sometimes I have difficulty navigating a module to find what I am looking for.

The communication features such as messaging, coach goal setting, notes from coaching meetings, etc. are not well integrated with other functions and require considerable navigation effort to access.

However, they have managed their growth well and are adding features and responding to customer needs in a responsive and efficient way.

We would not have been able to grow nearly as fast without the power of StartupTree and the only regret I have would be not getting on sooner.

No export to google sheets, I have to manually export to csv's.

I like that the software is easy to use and that the StartupTree website for my university isn't hard to navigate. Through StartupTree, I was able to find a summer internship that I loved.

Our rep has walked us through the whole process and has answered every question, no matter how basic.

If something goes wrong, it takes a while to figure out the problem. There have been times that other IPs have scraped our site and made it unusable.

It allows a lot of possibilities, the support team is easy to reach and helpful, The principle of the Accepted Answer is very useful.

Some minor problems with search (queries don't always return what I'm looking for and I'm using exact words from the question).

We like the built-in rewarding system as it encourages users to use AnswerHub more frequently. UI is minimalistic and not cluttered with a lot of gadgets from the start.

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.

I appreciate the extensibility of AH, and am glad to see improvements come to the product over time.

It offers a strong set of capabilities at a reasonable price, and the company is good about responding to and addressing issues and questions with the product itself.

Hosted and self-hosted options are priced competitively, and customer support is extremely responsive.

But this was quickly resolved when I brought it up. I think what makes this product great is the customer support.

If you're support organization needs help to track issues and get help from user communities, or have user communities help themselves, this is the product for you.

Missing in-app notifications; there is only email notifications. Weak for knowledge base use (could use more tree-structure navigation and more wiki-style).

They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and simply excellent.

Looking to the future, I hope they can modernize some aspects of the platform, including analytics, moderation workflows, the templating language, and API.

From users point of view, experience is great and solution is easy to use.

I dislike the actual format that the software is put in. It feels a bit off to me and I think a redesign is needed.

Slack integration is poor, can just inform that a question was asked, and don't get additional notifications or interactions as more things happen.

However, the very best part of AnswerHub is their amazing Customer Service. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, intelligent, patient and a joy to work with.

It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Functionality and features of the site are nice, the site layout is well done also, overall pleased with the product.

AnswerHub has very robust user and content management features out of the box (e.g. privileges, tagging, following questions, etc). The application can be easily extended through their API.

The folks at DZone are wonderfully responsive both electronically and in person.
