I really enjoy the profile setup and the ease of the completion process.
CONSNone that I can think of at the moment.

I9 Tracking
Good experience overall. Very easy to use.
PROSIt is easy to use and set up. Sends reminders on incomplete sections.
CONSCan sometimes load for a long period of time.

Easy to use
Overall positive experience, would recommend to other companies that want simplicity.
PROSTracker I-9 Compliance is easy to use and user friendly.
CONSI don't know, since Tracker is the only I-9 tool / interface I've ever used so I don't really have anything to compare my experience to.

Useful product
The efforts toward continuous improvement and customer feedback is wonderful. I have seen the system evolve to an even sleeker system with more features than we are currently taking advantage of. The Customer support and assistance from the implementation manager [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing.
CONSThe biggest issue we have had is the billing. The complication stems from the way the contract was finalized. Nonetheless, Mitratch/Tracker has worked collaboratively with us to resolve the matter.

I like that all of our I9s can be kept in one place and that it is all electronic
CONSIt use to be easier to upload documents into section 2 but that function has been taken away and now it has to be a PDF and you are unable to drag it into the attached file. Wish this would be brought back!

I9 Reverifications
Overall, the platform is easy to use and is straightforward.
PROSVery easy when I9 reverifications needed to be completed last summer. I like the audit trail. The platform is very straight forward.
CONSImplementation was a little bit frustrating, as they continued to confuse our corporate company with one of our sister companies that also uses the platform. However, once this issue had been clarified, the process was smooth.

Ease of use for candidate and employer
Tracker guides the candidates making sure forms are filled out and identifications are uploaded correctly. The automatic running of EVerify and saving forms is quite a time saver.
CONSWe are not notified via email when a candidate completes section one. However, this option may be buried somewhere in the settings.

Easy to Use!
What I liked most about Tracker I-9 is the ability to customize it to fit what you need.
CONSWhat I like least about Tracker I-9 is that the software itself can be a little slow.
