Perfect solution for my PC Repair business

I'm very happy with OpenRMA and my only regret is that I didn't implement it sooner.

PROS

There's a surprising amount of depth to this software and tech support is always on hand to help out with any required customisations or assistance. For my needs this software covers everything I wanted and I had already tried numerous other software packages before opting for OpenRMA

CONS

The inventory management side is not fully functional as yet but it's still being expanded upon and improved. Some larger enterprises might find this as a negative.

Reason for choosing OpenRMA

I like the simplicity of OpenRMA for my needs, however that's not to say it's basic as there's a lot of functionality that I don't make use of (yet).

PROS

The flexibility of the support team. Their action is spot on and they can customise whatever request is needed

I'm very satisfy for now. It still much more to implement, like emails and automatic client notification that will be implemented this 2021.

PROS

The software could be customized for my radiocomunication workshop easily with the help of support team.

CONS

If you change the format of RMA numbers , then you can't see the old's RMS format unless you know the exact RMA number. you can't search by client. Most of the title still in English and we are an Spanish speaking company.

It holds a lot of the features we were looking for our workshop operation.
