Perfect solution for my PC Repair business

I'm very happy with OpenRMA and my only regret is that I didn't implement it sooner.

PROS

There's a surprising amount of depth to this software and tech support is always on hand to help out with any required customisations or assistance. For my needs this software covers everything I wanted and I had already tried numerous other software packages before opting for OpenRMA

CONS

The inventory management side is not fully functional as yet but it's still being expanded upon and improved. Some larger enterprises might find this as a negative.

Reason for choosing OpenRMA

I like the simplicity of OpenRMA for my needs, however that's not to say it's basic as there's a lot of functionality that I don't make use of (yet).

OpenRma after 2 years of usage

PROS

The flexibility of the support team. Their action is spot on and they can customise whatever request is needed

CONS

Not much to talk about since i have searched a lot and made sure that this is the perfect software for my business

OpenRMA Review

It is the best software in computer repairs that I have used

Radionet

I'm very satisfy for now. It still much more to implement, like emails and automatic client notification that will be implemented this 2021.

PROS

The software could be customized for my radiocomunication workshop easily with the help of support team.

CONS

If you change the format of RMA numbers , then you can't see the old's RMS format unless you know the exact RMA number. you can't search by client. Most of the title still in English and we are an Spanish speaking company.

Reason for choosing OpenRMA

It holds a lot of the features we were looking for our workshop operation.

Simple Returns Processing Software - Great Value!

Support staff are very helpful and respond quickly every time we've had a question.

PROS

Great value for money with this software. It isn't a fancy looking interface, but as only our internal staff use it, it doesn't need to be. Nearly all of the fields we needed were present in the standard software, and the few we asked for were quickly and affordably added by the software designers as a customization.

CONS

No complaints, it does what we need it to do.

It is so easy to keep track my repairing with OpenRMA software. With a few clicks i got all i need

Simple use, easy tracking, easy services management, very fast support

PROS

Simplicity of the software, too many features, Value for money and no annualy or monthly costs. One time fee and you have it forever.

CONS

Pos system is not yet available so you cannot have it as a billing system. Only used to track repairings

Software works like a charm - The devs and support are the best you cand find!

PROS

The software are very easy to install and use! besides that, I have some question about the software, the devs answered me within a few hours. In addition to that, I had some special requirements for the software. The developers programmed a very special version number to me less in 24 hours with my requirements. I warmly recommend openRMA and its developers. I also love the database runs in mysql - I can use my own cloud based mysql server to storage all data. People who complain about its not cloud based, you guys can solved it by your self very easily by this method.

This is all i need to keep the right order in my business

Find a software that allowed me put order to my business, and help to keep order in the workshop

PROS

Direct and specific information to load about the product to repair Highlight the accesories that bring the cellphone. Very Usefull to keep the order . Let you attach picture about your work Show you in differents color the situation of the device (awating repair, supplier and others)

CONS

For the moment no one. If can you make the software a little more attractive, because in functionalityis OK.

Simple and easy to use RMA tracking

10 years in Computer repairing industry. I was using excel files to archive my repairings. Now with OpenRMA i have all the repairing in one pleace. Serial numbers, RMA ID's was exactly that i was looking for.

PROS

It is simple, easy to use, nice interface and prints the forms for me and my customers.

CONS

I would like to have it on cloud

Love this RMA system

I am incredibly happy with my decision to use OpenRMA.

PROS

I have been looking for a easy to use RMA system for years. OpenRMA is incredibly user friendly. This will ensure my technicians will use & rely on this software and keep the data current. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was amazing through the whole process. I highly recommend

Its' simplicity , it's easy to use and you can learn how to use it very fast.

CONS

The search functions are not easy enough. Also when you have a window open and you add new data, like a new device type, you have to close it and reopen it to be able to choose it.

just great

PROS

easy of use. Multilingual UI. Tech support is superb.

CONS

it would be nice if it had more customizable printout of forms. But its not a deal breaker.
