Hard to find a feature I dont like about the software.

I truly enjoy the ability to further manage devices that are ran within our SCCM ecosystem. We can easily run tasks for entire collections and groupings.

It is a great product to manage Windows devices. We use it for imaging & application development.

It is a complementary tool to SCCM - once used, it's hard to move without this tool after that - so full license renewed every year.

Love the LAPS Dashboard and the Bitlocker Dashboard.

Recast customer service is amazing. They are very prompt and friendly.

We can quickly identify the assets that are vlunerable, or identify the machines that dont have a particular patch. Remote management features are probably the most valuable.

It is nice to be able to use one tool for this information instead of multiple tools. Also love the Endpoint insights to be able to see all off device warranty information.

The best part of this software is the ease of setup and configuration. Many programs require a lot of time to set up, configure and deploy throughout the environment.

The experience has been awesome. Sales and On Boarding team were excellent to work with.

The install is a bit confusing. I'm till not sure it's setup entirely.

The tools are just easy to use. They are all there in the right-click menu - as long as you have the rights to them - and make Configuration Manager a beast that can be tamed.

No remote management when a device is outside our Network.

Great presentations, great service to get us up and running.

Ease of deployment and the initial customer success team engagement to ensure we got it installed and configured right the first time was great.

My only complaint is that the kiosks are stored locally so it makes it difficult to have a team all use the same kiosks.

Also the script building and execution tools are great. They allow you to customize MECM exactly the way you want if you can find time to build the scripts for it.

We are using SCCM and with the RCT. RCT is very easy to use and is useful for me to manage my computers daily.

Especially, the delete user profiles is very quick and easy.

The security tools options for working with LAPS and BitLocker have been a frequent time saver for our helpdesk.

It also have an amazing feature of supporting the extension via plugin mechanism we can also integrate with other popular tools such as artifactory plugin or we can write our own.

Its interface is very useful. You see all the projects very easily.

Access granting is also unclear. One major pain point is that TC doesn't allow manual trigger of first PR build, and the process takes a lot of time, reducing efficiency.

Better than some other CI tools, liked the support for branching in Teamcity. Previously even forked off an OpenSource CI product - that was a very expencive solution.).

Best of all the application is free, the only limitation being the number of builds and branding.

I like the way it keeps history of previous built packages. Versioning is also great way and you can also move the stuff after built is done.

It has a very user friendly interface which is very easy for the navigation and understanding the standard of each options in the panel.

Easy to configure per instance CI /CD options. Can integrate with various frameworks.

Overly complex, I could never create a build without making a mistake, and having to go back and fix it up. Always got something wrong, although I have used it for around 10 years.

It's easy to use (for it specialists), it has clean and friendly interface, it's very customizable.

Its cost could have been a bit more reasonable. Another limitation is java based configurable build management software.

TeamCity in comparison to other CI software have a better interface. It is clear and helps to understand the software.

TeamCity by JetBrains is one of the best and simple tool to manage the build and Integration. The powerful integration features out of the box make it unique and operation team first choice.

Overall I like this tool to do the builds for. Net and angular environments and is great tool to implement the CI/CD.

Using since long time with TFS integrations. Very useful and time saving for automated builds and deployments.

The admin panel is cluttered and hard to move around, with confusing mnemonics for different validation jobs.

Teamcity is a small and powerfull continuos integration tool, I configured my first project in a good way reading the manuals, also it is easy to integrate with another development tools like TFS.

My experience with TeamCity is great, and I would recommend it to any developer looking for an enterprise build server without cost.

Excellent tool to build your Application with confidence for continious Integration.

The only con I can think of is that it's enabled me to be even lazier than I used to be. Do I need to do something on the downstairs computer, but I'm upstairs.

It is a good product, it makes his job and it good for a company because it creates all the release that you want.

Perfect for Self-Hosted Teams with strong JetBrains tooling preferences.

The Tool is a great CI/CD tool. I would highly recommend someone following best agile practise to use this tool.

In this perspective, the template feature will make you forget what's going on. Sadly, it's the only CI/CD tool I've ever used, so I can't compare it to anything else.

It is an opensource product and a happy news is startup are eligible for the 50% discount on the package.

UI is confusing, not clear what to look where, confusing terminology, many times you look at a link and have no idea where it will lead to, in general UX - substandard.

Learning curve can be annoying especially if you don't have support within your team. It takes time to master the tool.

It is easy to monitor and do analysis between builds and show the differences.

Great for automating builds, especially with multiple devs.

The interface is very hard to understand where some of the options are.
