Problem: We have a collection of now over 10.000 titles listed in the software Citavi, many of them kept in over 33 folders. With those consecutive numbers we could find them easily.

With citavi, it is super easy to keep track of thousands of sources and also retrieve them again after years, even if you didnt know anymore that you have a source.

Some of the features can be difficult to find and require many clicks to get to.

That's a shame since this limits the user base.

The product is incredibly powerful. In my opinion, there are two core functions: on the one hand, you can use Citavi to organize materials (like papers and other files).

It's absolutely essential for me and I would highly recommend it. I've also found the Citavi support team to be outstanding - very knowledgeable and I've always received a response within 24 hours.

You should give the item education without management to your 'industry drop down menu). It's so helpful in gathering sources quickly and not always re-search citations again.

For sure there are missing features - this is always the case when you use a software as this is a living process. But the missing points are on a high level.

Customization is incredibly good. You can get everything you want.

Super helpful and easy to use. Very stable and reliable.

CITAVI is a SUPER stable, easy to use and useful program. Within years of working with it I collected 1635 sources, many with quotations and some with full text.

The knowledge management functions are also good, even if I have not used them so intensively.

So, there is no speacial feature which could be presented here.

I am not only satisfied, but enthusiastic about the software - the Citavi support team is extremely competent, friendly, seeks and finds individual solutions - great.

We love how easy it is to share proofs, get feedback, and get projects approved, all within a simple and easy-to-use interface.

The ability to look at various types of media in an interactive way is extremely helpful. It allows me to further a connection with my clients and helps ensure that our communication is effective.

The only downside to ReviewStudio is that it can be a bit pricey for businesses that need to manage multiple locations or customer segments.

On the odd occasion that we hit mission critical or something is unclear, the team is very quick to respond.

Overall I love this product for the price I pay and it's a great tool.

I think the worst part is that my clients don't know anything about this software so they are hesitant to use it to leave reviews.

The only negative we've found is when a review expires on the timeline, it is locked.

The ability to upload and HTML version of a staging website with ease, invite a client to review it, and make it easy for them to annotate ANY change. Colors, images, copy, layout.

The ability to review still renderings, photographs, videos and 360 images is a very integral part of our workflow and our clients find it very easy to use.

ReviewStudio is an amazing tool to keep everyone on the same page. The markup tools are very straightforward, and my clients have also remarked how easy the software was for them to use and navigate.

So sometimes finding the comment by number gets a bit tough. Also, with the new interface, the speed of the software has reduced which is a strict no for us.

I work with multiple teams, technical and non-tecnhical, and the simplicity of the review feature helps all of us be on the same page.

What really bothers me with this software is how it scrolls with a mouse.
