I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.

The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.

It has a Google Docs integration which is perfect when you share too many documents. I like that you can edit online and the 15g of free storage.

It's perfect for storing your files, I own a business and I'm also a Web Developer so keeping my files in a secure place where I can access them anytime and from anywhere is very important.

Overall this is an excellent product with great customer service.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

I love the user friendliness of it and the accessibility it gives to our team. The Google Spreadsheets is a lifesaver.

Is that its easy to use with other google app. Its offer good customer service and it offer the most storage space unlike other app.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.

It's a lot more user friendly than Latex, which was an alternative that I had been considering for a while.

Ideally, I want my spell checker to highlight wrong words or bad grammar or even stylistic mishaps immediately after I type them.

Excellent for seamless collaboration with many contributors, somewhat clunky when creating tables.

Search and replace does not work on attachment names I have found.

However once it is set up and you are able to use the software as it was designed, you can save yourself a lot of time. Customer service has been very quick regardless of the issues.

The ability to monitor revisions and the database for storing images. Excellent for controlling permissions and reviewing rights.

As a Porter administrator I have very good experience with porter. It’s easy for new users to get started with Porter, easy to set up lay-out templates that saves the users a lot of time.

Good handling of tables and figures and their numbering.

As far as I know, they've forgotten about my request. Me and my team spend a lot of time manually numbering items in tables and we frequently make mistakes that show up in published documents.

Regarding notifications for comments: The default should be that no one receives notifications.

Automated editing or formatting is limited. Numbering and transitioning from word documents have some trouble.

Document library - once we set up document libraries, creating a complex proposal is very easy - and having standard content across the company is fantastic.

Xait support - we have a dedicated contact point (not just a standard email address) who provides feedback very quickly and troubleshoot any issues we have.

Drag and drop pictures/attachments, it is very tedious and cumbersome to have to upload and insert multiple pictures.
