- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
Pros
- Coupled with the fact that they produced highly attractive templates for use and you can even search for the templates of your choice.
- DocuGenerate has an easy user interface that make it easy to easy to use.the software allow user to make customizing document that can be reuse.
Cons
- I can't say that there is anything that I don't like. It fits the purpose completely.
- There is no alerts and notifications and also there is no option for file conversion.
