Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
Pros
- Legalesign had a well documented API that made it easy to integrate with our app. Their team was helpful, knowledgable and responsive throughout the sales and implementation process.
- I like how we can talk through the process and see what stages the clients are upto. The system is also quick and easy.
Cons
- The worst part of the system is not being able to search for a client unless the documents have been signed and archived.
- Sometimes the customers find it difficult to get to the link because the email that pops up from us but they have to by pass the T&C's first.
