Lighthub makes contract management simple

Exceptional - the solution has plugged a massive gap in our internal processes

The software provides a single portal to access multiple tools to support your contract management processes. The team also is exceptionally willing to assist in any enhancements or training as required.

CONS

Not much, the software is easy to use and doesn't require extensive training

Lighthub will speed up your contracting management and process

Lighthub has been helpful in keeping and managing all client admin in one place, the Lighthub process is a much more sophisticated one than previously used processes

PROS

The software is really useful and user-friendly when tracking matters and template control. It's been really helpful to increase the level of self-help in the business and speed up the review process.

CONS

Adoption has been slow, but we would need to ramp up training for users to drive adoption forward

With LightHub you can change the way you contract.

LigthHub drives so much efficiency in my day to day and enables me to easily navigate through matters and content because it is all available in a single place. LightHub also has multiple easy to use search functions which helps me to find exactly what I am looking for with a single click.

PROS

LightHub is a single access and activity hub that not only simplifies the entire contracting lifecycle from start to finish, but also provides single click access to all our substantive and institutional know-how products to assist with contract management, drafting and negotiation. LightHub is easy to customize in accordance with our needs, including adopting our look and feel which allows for a seamless experience when using LightHub as part of the company's tools. LightHub makes various customizable dashboards available which enable you to have easy visibility of your entire contracting landscape. With LightHub it is very easy to upload, edit and navigate through templates and intake forms which drives efficiency during my day and enables me to do more with less time.

CONS

The only thing I would suggest is to expand on the functionality to allow for multiple users to be tagged in a matter on LightHub and that such tags then be notified to users via email.

Go for it, its a great investment

it is a great system and has potential to be the 'ultimate' system

PROS

there are a few items, workflow, the ability to tag a teammate and document control are on top of my list.

CONS

updates on Stream, are really frustrating for me. I would prefer that the latest is either at the bottom or on top. It is also very confusing for the team when we are trying to see what is the latest status if the team members who are working on the project are not available.

Its all brilliant, can be better on trackerdo reporting.

All of them make the process seamless. It allows us to measure OLA's, engage in one plartform.

The system is very good with less and close to nothing being negative
