A Decent Chatbot and Livechat.

Overall, a solid performer that I'd happily recommend.

PROS

It has with some unique features that is hard to find in other chatbots like exit intent pop, AI, it tells you what country you're chatting from, speech-to-text. It runs smoothly and has never shut down or anything on me. AI and livechat works well.

CONS

Building a chatflow has a learning curve and can be confusing. I wish we could have done voice without having to have an avatar there. To edit, you have to go through back all the steps..would have been nice to just jump to the step that needs editing.

I purchased HumanBot to help me capture more leads and the opportunity to sell AI bots in the future.

PROS

Being able to Insert my URL and PDFs so HumanBot can learn from the information.

CONS

Integrating Zapier for email capture, I would rather they had used an email API connection.

the best Ai chatbot there is

its a very usefull and great system that i will implament to my clinets website

its diverse and the ai is not only handeling the conversation but reads the data from website pages and then learns what to answer

maby there is a need of UX&Ul imrovment of the system and making the lip synce of the avatar a littel bit more smove

So far, I love it. I wish zapier integration is cheaper to implement. Their support team is very helpful and pretty quick to respond to our issues.

PROS

HumanBot is fun to interact with and it is able to pull all kinds of information from my website and given documentation. I like that I can isolate its knowledge so that it does answer questions with random junk from the internet.

CONS

It is a little difficult to understand the flow of knowledge.

I like the control that we have on the answers that the chatbot pulls. We can limit it to what we input.
