A Decent Chatbot and Livechat.

Overall, a solid performer that I'd happily recommend.

PROS

It has with some unique features that is hard to find in other chatbots like exit intent pop, AI, it tells you what country you're chatting from, speech-to-text. It runs smoothly and has never shut down or anything on me. AI and livechat works well.

CONS

Building a chatflow has a learning curve and can be confusing. I wish we could have done voice without having to have an avatar there. To edit, you have to go through back all the steps..would have been nice to just jump to the step that needs editing.

What a great valie Application

I have had a pretty good overall experience so far.

Its easy and simply to understqand. Just takes a little getting used too, but VERU powerfull for what it can do, and the price is unmatchable or everyon else is just plain greedy! lol

CONS

Cant think of any ti tekk you the truth. Oh! Wish did not have to use Zapier for email integration. Wish integration was straight from humanbot.

Humanbot - A Self-Learning, Data-Trained A.I. Assistant App - Game Changer for Online Businesses

The biggest problem that I was having while programming, setting up the Chatterpal app for one of my clients was that for a long period of time he was able to be in the office and therefore could go "LIVE" with website visitors, that period has ended, and what we needed is now available with HUMANBOT. Humanbot is self-learning, and the data-training comes from the data sources that you provide. My humanbot pulls data from URL's, Word Doc's, and PDF's. After adding several URL's, uploaded PDF data sheets, then did a bot test. Humanbot can now answer just about any question quickly and accurately that a web visitor may have about the rv park. This alone is GOLD!

PROS

First of all, the avatars, some available full-bodied, while "idle", resemble any human being, with moving hands, etc. The avatar voices are truly amazing, sound very human-like, and the voice to lip synchronization is spot on. But what is most impressive, is that these Humanbot's are self-learning, data-trained. I set one up for a client, an RV Park owner, and was able to "program" this bot to walk web visitors through their many questions about rent, amenities, directions, space availability, park ownership, park rules & regulations, etc. I am still refining this data, but I was Blown Away with Humanbot responses to my questions. I still have a lot of refining work to get this one ready for deployment, but I am more than excited to see the owners face when I present the completed RV Park Humanbot to him! There are so many additional features available! One is the visitor can switch from "Bot to Live" in order to connect with a business representative. I have always used integration with Zapier in my previous "Chat Agents" built from another Paul Ponna & Associates Game Changer "Chatterpal", and looking forward to finding new ways to integrate features that can help us serve our clients and customers with greater features that will produce faster and better results, bringing our clients more customers and prospects!

CONS

I have not yet seen or run into any features on the Humanbot application that I would or could consider to be a "Con". Paul Ponna & Associates are the best on the planet at research, testing, and being connected at the highest level to their customer base.

HumanBot Review

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and functionality under the hood of HumanBot. Also, mobile compatibility is critical in today's fast-paced society that relies heavily upon our devices with mobile phones at the top. This is an area that HumanBot excels. I was looking for an assistant and now I have many digital agents that when necessary can connect with a "live" chat as well. What's not to love about HumanBot?

PROS

Being able to offer clients the ability to set up virtual assistants was really exciting to see. Missed connections and messages can lead to a loss in sales. HumanBot can solve these issues and so much more! Another factor I was excited to see was that the AI can also improve and get better over time. One more would be the ability to cut out mundane tasks that HumanBot can do faster and more efficiently is a huge help and time saver to boot.

CONS

As a trailblazer in AI, I know that things aren't perfect in the beginning, but I also know things will continue to improve over time. In the meantime, we can support the effort and help improve HumanBot by using it as designed. With anything new, it takes time. Cutting teeth is never fun but worth it in the end.

I have nothing but respect for the other products I looked at, but at the time I purchased HumanBot, I was shocked to find such minimal cost for the incredible value offered that I could not resist, nor did I want to! That's a rare quality in our industry. and why I love to do business with Paul & Sid when given a choice. Plus, we can integrate HumanPal along with the work from HumanTalk for a more rich result!

HumanBot AI app review

I'm using it to create a "support teams" to a specific business. It means that I'm creating a set of bots that are focused (each one of them) on specific support task: pre-sell, sales, technical support etc. Instead of building a HUMAN support team, I'm creating and training a AI BASED VIRTUAL support team.this "team" can work 24/7 in any langauge so it's very very powerfull. Each one of them is trained with specific data for this specific business and it becomes an "expert" as time goes becuase of the way that the AI is "collecting and remembering" data over time.

PROS

I like most in the HumanBot app the following:1) I'm from israel and the app can work with Hebrew so it's very cool for me and my clients.2) The fact that we have a way to actaully "feed data" and "train" the AI with our SPECIFIC data of the business we are creating the bot for. It is as if we have somthing similar to "SPECIFIC BUSINESS PERSONAL CHATGPT" but not with chatgpt... but with HumanBot...3) It's has MULTI LANGUAGES support of the AI= we can feed it with data of almost any language and also work with text to speech and avatars for so many industries and countries. Very powerfull.

CONS

For me specific, because I work a lot with Hebrew, I still need to do special adaptations and tweeks for it to work good because of the specifics of the voicing in hebrew that has special charecters that need to be impliment in the text before it becomes an AI voice. It's easier to work with english for example...

The “multilingual” conversational AI learns and is adaptive for most use cases. HumanBot works on almost ANY platform and integrates well with other softwares. The huge library of copyright-free human faces gives you great choices between HumanBot representatives. The tool allows outstanding control the speed and pitch of the voices. HumanBot allows you to avoid copyright strikes by generating unique AI male, female, and child faces. Several video dimensions are available in the app and the software feature packed yet very simple to use. HumanBot makes an outstanding engagement tool for almost ANY website or business.

Working with any generative AI requires some reviewing and or correcting in the beginning, but should be expected.

Human Bot is the best employee I have!

I really wanted someone to help me with sales & making appointments for my creative marketing Videos part of the business. Human Bot filled that need by answering most questions my prospects have and also makes book appointments for me so we can discuss my client's needs to detail.

PROS

Human Bot can be a lead generator, a sales consultant, a front desk concierge, a help desk operator, or perform anything task I want them to undertake. They can take contact details, make appointments, pass on messages and so much more. I now have time to focus on building my business instead of being entrenched in fielding constant inquiries. My human bots are never late, help out 24 X 7, continue to get better with experience, and can multitask by handling hundreds of inquiries in parallel.

CONS

I was initially disappointed they did not have voice-to-text for older folks or users with writing difficulties, which interestingly they have now resolved. I would have loved to see the models a little more animated - which they tell me they are working on.

Understanding how the power of Ai can fit into my business or those around me has been a challenge. There is so much information coming at us about Ai, it can quickly become overwhelming. I have found since my purchase of Human Bot my understanding and clarity on the subject of Ai, as well as my action plan of implementation, has vastly improved.

PROS

I really liked the attention to detail from the makers of Human Bot. Everything from the great tutorials in the beginning onboarding phase to the system for requesting new features within the timeline of ongoing product innovation. Definitely a feeling of comfort rarely experienced in the world of software and tech innovation.

CONS

Trying to rap my head and thoughts around the various ways I could use this new technology to best improve my relationship with clients or my own processes and interactions within web services. With any new fast paced technology it seems there is a disconnect between current understanding and the vast potential, thankfully the founder of the software is very savvy at helping to close these gaps for many of us.

Human Bot Teaches Humans AI.

PROS

What strikes one immediately is a human form ready and waiting to interact with you in a meaningful way, able to understand and answer in sensible ways. Of course, this is dependent on the training and length of service, just like a human in any job the AI improves with experience and good grounding.Ease of use is excellent when I think of some of my experiences with chatbots and some humans!!Initial loading is straightforward, the tricky bit is learning how your business works in simple terms so as to get the AI started, That is probably good for you as well as the Bot.

CONS

It's difficult to find cons with the product because no sooner have you found fault than support is pointing to a new feature or upgrade that solves it, to say nothing of the things you've overlooked. I found integration with my business not too difficult as I once was a teacher but I could imagine some not so blessed could find the process frustrating.

How I use Human Bot

PROS

I was excited to use HumanBot to place a salesman on my website page to help direct my traffic to a squeeze page for a network marketing company I am an affiliate for. I gave the bot several websites for it to consume the info on, so it could have sales knowledge to answer questions from my customers. That was a great feature.

CONS

Even though I love the feature for the humanbot to consume info from my websites. It sometimes was not able to answer some of my questions. I think we should have an unlimited amount of websites to feed it instead of limiting it.
