The Customer Service / Support personnel that I've interacted with via the Live Chat have been wonderful - very professional, courteous, quickly available, and always answer my questions.

It is very user friendly and displays the awards very nicely. Employees have been very happy with this new program.

I have used points before. But it’s hard to earn points because management is frugal with spending them.

I hate doing surveys and being asked to report.

I like having a place to recognize fellow co-workers. I like the Amazon integration with our company gear included.

Also, my boss has the ability to do that same for me in my role. It's easy to use and I love that it's connected to Amazon as there is a fulfillment center right down the street from me.

PULSE is a cloud-based club management solution suitable for gyms, fitness centers and spas of all sizes. Key features including scheduling, reporting, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, point of sale (POS), lead management, employee management and more.


Other features include commissioning, corporate wellness and invoicing, automated email and text communications and payment processing. The platform is mobile-friendly, so users can view information and schedule appointments from desktop or mobile devices.
