When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Maybe I'll get used to it and more familiarized, but it definitely isn't intuitive or efficient.

Your support group is wonderful. All the queries I have raised have been answered in a clear and prompt manner.

It is used in order to automate Billing and Invoicing, Recurring Payments, Discounts and Order Management. I recommend it to anyone working at the company with complicated invoicing processes.

When asking Etherios for the documentation multiple times, they had said they would not leave us high and dry. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened.

We have so many different SKUs, pricing from different product families, various discounts etc all are been taken and we are happy.

Steelbrick improved our quoting process dramatically. It took our custom built quote tool and put it on steroids.

For a mid to large stage company, this is definitely a required feature and the native SFDC integration makes it easy to consume.

CPQ provides the sales team with a stable and dependable tool for creating complicated quptes.

In general, this is useful if you have a diverse price book and different types of sales motions which require approvals from different stakeholders.

The configuration might be quite hard at times, but it is rather because of the fact that the businesses processes are very complex and they are hard to model.

It requires a lot of clicks and updating price/making price changes is very difficult. Creating a quote used to take me about 5 minutes and now it takes about 20 depending on the complexity.

I liked the Salesforce integration, we were looking for an alternative to get more detail in cost, price and quotas for our customers inside the same Salesforce platform.

It fit a perfect storm of value and functionality (not too simple/small, but not too big/complex), and we plan to continue to invest.

They really took the time to understand our processes and provided us with solid , well thought out solutions. Their customer service has been some of the best I have experienced with any vendor.

I have both implemented and have been an end user purchasing through the CPQ tool and both experiences have been worthy of praise.

Can Integrate many tools in CPQ like DocuSign and Xauthor. You can update  or upload information very fast by using Data Loader.
