CONS

After using this software for a long year, I can confidently say that there is absolutely nothing to dislike about it. The software's seamless integration with our existing systems SAP and Ascent. Feature packed yet straightforward Sales Force Automation tool!

PROS

The product is very simple to use, and the flexibility allows it to be implemented for various use cases. The app is fast and lightweight, and the team has been very co-operative throughout the journey so far.

CONS

I liked most things but the absence of DMS is a concern for the future.

Value for Money

The overall experience has been quite good. The app has all the basic to medium features which satisfy the current requirements. The customer service team is excellent and that is the biggest strength of this app.

PROS

Very cost effective, if it is used as it is. It has all the basic as well as few advanced features for sales force automation. The operation is error-free, up-time is almost 100%. The customer service team is excellent; very efficient, quick and extremely good to deal with. This is one of the most significant aspect of this product and proves to be very critical in operations, especially when it comes to ad-hoc requests for reports and dashboards.

CONS

Given the cost and the objective, there are very few cons. The biggest hurdle is the reports; loading of the reports and dashboards takes time. This is because of the use of Click Sense which loads the reports when it is requested. Besides, the overall UI/UX could be significantly improved. But given the fact that the users are internal to organization, this factor can be overlooked. Besides loading the UI with animations and other beautifying factors might make the entire application heavy and could impact the performance.

Reasons for switching to Assistive

Cost.Salesforce.com was way to complicated, which was not at all required for the business.

The best thing about assistive is that it is used friendly, intuitive, easy to use CRM. My business has been boost while using this CRM as my field team easily close deals in less time

The most value for money tool in the market

The over all experience is good but i feel as they scale the process could be more efficient.

I have been using the product for almost 2 years now and it is very customisable and the sales and customer success team are very helpful.

CONS

The UI could be better built. The product is decent but the company is very new in the market not many companies have heard of it.
