It was a little early when we started using CF but the development cycle has been fast and we are seeing more and more usable features every day

If you're not using this already, you should be.

They are extremely customer-focused and fix any issues immediately. They have also prioritized builds based on things that I have said are my biggest problems.

PROS

Cacheflow is AWESOME for combining proposal generation, contract signatures, subscription management, and renewal / upsells. To complete all of these actions it used to take us 3 different systems, that didnt integrate right, and took myself hours of time scrubbing everything to make sure it was all synced. Their team is very responsive, they are building crazy fast, and I'm happy to be riding the Cacheflow traing. If you're reading this, stop being dumb and just buy it.

CONS

Its a earlier SaaS company. The roadmap is long, nothing in software is every perfect- but neither is your iPhone and you paid 1k for it anyway. This product solves a serious need for sales orgs and they are going to be the de facto solution that you wish you had already bought.

Great for Startups

PROS

- I liked liked the proposal to order workflows - The final order form looked sleek

CONS

- There were bugs which created problems to login or in some cases charge the customer - Better viewing of the proposals – right now its a master list of all proposals & order forms with little to no way to bifurcate based on the owner, pending ones etc. - Integrations with CRMs like Hubspot

Great product for B2B firms to explore

Amazing experience so far. A product that just does the job you need for your company to functional seamlessly. Proposal building can be a pain if for not the right tool to ease your everyday life, Cacheflow comes handy

Streamlined CPQ flow with CacheFlow

PROS

Our transition to CacheFlow has proven to be a strategic decision, enhancing our CPQ capabilities and streamlining our entire quoting process. I highly recommend CacheFlow to any organization looking to elevate their CPQ operations.

Easy to Use

PROS

Cacheflow, an essential tool for any Sales Team

My Overall experience with Cacheflow has been phenomenal. In my time at Skyflow it has become an essential and critical part to our sales team success in closing deals.

PROS

Cacheflow is one of the only tools in our sales stack that actually improves win rates for our sales team. Deals don't get ghosted as much, our proposals get compliments from prospects, and our leadership team now has real visibility into all of our open deals. Plus our AE's actually enjoy using it, which makes product adoption very easy. Additionally it provides a level of certainty that all MSA's/SLA's being sent are identical.

CONS

Cacheflow is new, as such it is learning from their customers on necessary functionalities. That said, Cacheflow has an incredible team that can create these functionalities not only quickly, but effectively.

Closing process, pricing and collections made better

PROS

Cacheflow has been a huge value-add for us in three main areas. Our closing process, pricing and collections.Before, we had 5 tools and 4 manual processes before a quote could be sent to a prospect. We used Cacheflow to replace all of it, and our quote-to-cash cycle went from 2-3 weeks to 4 days.When it comes to pricing, our RevOps team can easily configure new pricing models, and our sales team can add discounts and set up ramped contracts. We have customers in multiple countries and as a startup we needed help simplifying this. Now, our customers get charged on time, every month, without us having to do anythingLastly, their CS team is great and works with us closely

CONS

None at this time. The Cachflow team works with us closely to define their roadmap for functionality we may need in the future.

Best tool for contract management

Their collaboration capabilities are incredibly robust, allowing us to effectively collaborate and obtain customer signatures without the need for multiple emails or communication threads.Simply awesome!

First and foremost, the tool offers an incredibly user-friendly interface that makes navigating and managing contracts a breeze. Its intuitive design allows me to easily create, store, and organize contracts, ensuring that everything is easily accessible when needed. No more lost or misplaced contracts!One feature that sets this tool apart is its powerful search and retrieval capabilities. It saves me valuable time by swiftly locating specific contract details or keywords, even across a large database of contracts. This level of efficiency has significantly increased my productivity and made my workflow much smoother.

CONS

I cannot think of anything to fault them for. They have been consistently excellent throughout the entire process. If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be to consider integrating an AI tool that automates the population of terms and conditions for new contracts, drawing from existing contracts and product information.

Cacheflow nails it!

PROS

Everyone loves closing deals, but no one gets excited for the administrative work that comes along with it. Cacheflow removes the friction points from sending the first quote to receiving renewal payments in the bank. Our customers love the look and feel of our proposals, and how easy the process makes it to transact.

CONS

Cacheflow's integrations are great, but keep building more!

Cacheflow saves me hours every week

PROS

Before implementing, I was handling all of our invoicing, renewals, contract mergers, and prorations manually and tracking it all in a spreadsheet. Cacheflow eliminates the manual processes which allows me to spend my time on higher-value projects and tasks.

CONS

The only feature I wish Cacheflow had is the ability to send multiple product SKUs in a single proposal, allowing the customer to choose which products work best for their use case.

Cacheflow

PROS

Cacheflow integrates with multiple external products and helps us to reduce time and effort with the help of automation for various departments, right from sales team in creating a proposal, billing team in issuing the invoices, accounts receivable team to track receipt and the accounting team to ensure proper accounting.

CONS

Currently cacheflow do not have the workflow for overage billing. It will be a good feature to have.

Simple contract management that gets the work done

PROS

Gets the job done pretty well, serving as a central repository for your proposals and then contracts when these proposals get signed.

CONS

The UI could certainly use some improvements, and there could be some more integrations such as with Hubspot.

Cacheflow Experience

Overall it has been great. Its worked as expected and has sped up the process of creating proposals for our customers.

PROS

It gives the sales team an easy way to create clean and professional-looking proposals with multiple options baked right into it.

CONS

I have not run into any cons with cacheflow yet.
