Favourite prospecting tool!
I've used a number of different tools in the past but Cognism has been my favourite in my role as an SDR. It goes hand in hand with Sales Navigator and makes my job so much smoother. The user-friendly interface and the great insights it provides about companies definitely adds to the overall efficiency. I also really like that it integrates directly with HubSpot meaning I don't have to transfer the details manually.
CONSSome of the data I have used has been outdated, however the friendly customer support are always open to feedback.

A great database of high quality data that can be explored with ease.
The total amount of time spent on finding contact details of Contacts decreased by 80%, being able to sort the verified emails from the non-verified ones.

Cognism - The one Stop Shop for prospecting and BD
Cognism is a very easy to use platform that provides numbers and emails, I personally use the chrome extension function to support my LinkedIn prospecting
CONSsometimes numbers / emails can be missing from certain prospects, however this is a industry standard problem

Such an easy tool to use!
It took me less than 10 minutes for me to understand how to use Cognism. I can easily find and extract details for people I need to contact. The integration between Cognism and our CRM is seemless which has enabled us to streamline the sales process.
CONSSometimes the number will be for a person who has the exact same name but not who I'm looking for.

Best in market when it comes to lead generation within Europe
The sheer amount of mobile numbers and email addresses that it has for my prospects.
CONSI would benefit from a wider spread of industry options to differentiate between.

So easy to find prospects
The seamless way it works with google chrome to instantly bring up the details I need based on the web page i'm looking at.
CONSI only use the chrome plug in, i'm aware there's a larger platform but I have never used it

Lots of good leads

9/10 No complaints and a useful tool if you're looking to build a database of outbound contacts.

Having implemented Cognism into a handful of different businesses, and therefore having experience of utilising the data in multiple industries, selling to a range of buyers, I can honestly say it's unrivalled for both ease-of-use and data quality. I've explored alternatives time and again because Cognism certainly isn't the cheapest on the market, but also because due dil, and time and again it proves to be the only enerprise data platform worth its salt, particularly for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use on a daily basis and wouldn't be without. I'll always come back to Cognism for: 1. Ease of setup and onboarding 2. Intuitive, easy to use for all users 3. Simple and robust integration with Salesforce
CONSMy score would be a 10 but for customer success. My most recent experience has been very hands-off (we literally haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding). Saying that I don't really know what I'd need them for since it's such an easy to use tool, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

Cognism - Campaign Champions!
Very impressed with Cognism, From UX to their customer support, its been incredible
PROSCognism is incredible quick and easy to navigate The lead search is one of the best systems I have used You can either use this system for contact finding, lead generation or campaign production The step by step set up for campaigns is incredibly efficient and free's up alot of time
CONSTrying to navigate around spam requirements which arent incredibly clear when you start using it. If you select the wrong option when generating your campaign lists, you can't go back and amend them (such as number of people in an organisation)

My favourite Tool
My experiance has been amazing, some of the best customer service i have had.
PROSall the data is very accurate and the tool allows me to completely skip the cold contact phase. I have been able to get through to companies i wouldn't normally be able to contact.
CONSsometimes there are too many search filters and it can take a long time to get the data i need.

Great for research and working more efficiently
I like the different search filters that can be used and that you can save them to reuse later. It helps with narrowing down searches and working more efficiently.
CONSNothing really, I haven't used another tool like this before except sales navigator on LinkedIn, but this tool compliments sales nav.

Best data capture tool I've used!
The interface is lightweight, and integrates well with Sales Navigator and Salesforce without making the experience buggy.
CONSIt would be better if you could capture data for every prospect - however, the reality is that this is impossible with any tool.

My #1 Tool for Prospecting
I use Cognism on a daily basis to quickly import prospects into our CRM and find the information to always be accurate. If ever there are any issues, the support team are always on hand to help solve the problem quickly.
CONSOn rare occasions, sometimes contact numbers are not always correct or outdated. However, it is easy to flag this and the team is on hand to solve it.
