It Has All The Features You Need To Run Your Business With No Problem

It is an amazing tool for small business owners and it does everything that I need my CRM to do. It helps me manage all of my customer information which includes customer phone numbers, emails, and addresses as well as billing information. This program also has many built-in features including automated email reminders, time tracking with paystubs, appointment booking system (with automatic appointments), sales reports & analytics tools (such as lead generation reports), google apps integration, and much more!

PROS

It's great software. It is easy to use and effective. The best thing about it is that you can manage your business from anywhere in the world. You don't need any computer skills because it has an online version of its own which makes management easier for customers who are not able to access computers at their workplace.

CONS

It is an awesome product, it has all the features you need to run your business with no problem. I just love the way that CRM.io helps me and my company grow, we don't have any problems at all when using this product and we are so very happy about it!

CRM.io gives you a lot

For me as a small business owner, CRM.io is great value for many and the other in the business suite included application is just a great plus.

PROS

CRM.io is part of the huge suite for business owners. It is part of 500apps, which has so many application that I'm not yet even using all of them.

CONS

The learning curve of all the application is quite big, but they have excellent support team as well as video trainings.

Perfect CRM for most users and small companys

My overall experience implementing this for a small business is really good. They start using google sheets and now the have for a free plan a better experience and control of they leads and new opportunities

PROS

Really intuitive CRM. For first experiences in CRMs this will be great for most users. The design its really good, I think this is one of the best pros. More clean, easy to read and easy to load data

CONS

For more experience users sometimes this CRM will be not enough. The external connections are not quite as good as other more expensive CRMs. Although for the price I thinks its perfect

CRM.io the tool you must have

Simply, it is the software what achieves what do you expect of it. Besides the feedback about support, it will contribute to your company and its return will be worth the investment.

PROS

I would like to mention some pros of this platform: 1. This program is easy to integrate, especially when the customer support team comes into place. 2. The entire process is easy and fast, some features are yet to be looked at, but the overall experience is great 3. Highly recommended for your organization

CONS

One of the cons we have found with CRM.io and I know the support team are working on it, is that they take a little time to resolve issues with platform, but we can understand the high demand of their services, due an excellent software.

500Apps - Best Software To Acquire, Engage, Retain & Delight Our Customers

PROS

Contacts can be imported easily and lists can be created according to contact type or connection type. Organizing my contacts is easy with this feature. The fact that I can add other users allows me to view the chronological timeline of all contact points without having to spend time with our employees. Easy and fast way to send emails to specific lists.

CONS

It takes a little longer to adopt and implement CRM.io than the other software we used, but once it is customized to your needs it becomes way easier to use.

Exceptional Software for CRM and sales management

My Experience with CRM.io

PROS

In my experience with CRM.io, all of my company's critical processes have been simplified. Our sales team can now track sales opportunities and view funnel reports, while our marketing team can email and tag contacts to specific audiences based on their demographics. In addition, our project unit has better follow-up and control capabilities, reworking capabilities and alerts, and truthful information for decision-making for the management team. Overall, CRM.io has been a very positive experience for me.

It would be great if we could report across more modules - For some of our issues and requirements.

All-in-One Tool

We have been using this CRM software for several months and it has exceeded our expectations in terms of helping us manage our leads, organize our sales process, and close more deals. I have been able to become much more efficient at closing deals.

CRM.io is a simple yet powerful tool with a robust set of features that will help you to easily manage your sales pipeline and manage your contacts, leads and opportunities. It has a very simple to use interface that makes it easy to use, especially for non-technical users. It has a very affordable price too. I highly recommend this CRM tool.

CONS

Fo solo entrepreneurs is just fine, if you are an agency, you will have to go for one of the paid plans, but it is really worth the money.

Affordable Yet User-friendly Crm

PROS

With CRM.io, I can easily set up a CRM without professional assistance or prior coding knowledge. I can easily set up a powerful CRM using only their get started videos and onboarding support. However, it does require patience and time to set up. In addition, I can upload large amounts of customer data directly from a CSV file, saving a great deal of time.

CONS

Getting CRM.io reporting to the level expected by enterprises is still a work in progress.

Best for Lead Management

PROS

The best thing I liked about CRM.io was the lead management. We were using this for our company CampusTrail for a while & we used to get a lot of leads. CRM.io handled all the leads quite beautifully. I was first hesitant but later was satisfied with the overall software.

CONS

I wish there was a distribution system in the leads. Kind of like percentage wise. Suppose X% of leads is alloted to A person and Y% to B person. This would help us gauge performance.

Amazing CRM to Smooth My Work

PROS

I like the fact that there are many solutions included into one platform (sales, marketing, revenue, etc....), which makes our lives so much easier because pretty much everyone at the company can use the same CRM at the same time.

CONS

It is sometimes necessary to come to a halt during the day due to service problems in the CRM as we are reliant on it for everything. Moreover, I am concerned that we are losing data or missing important information regarding our deals.

PROS

We liked the idea of the CRM.io with 30 plus apps and one pricing, it's a really unique and creative solution for sales teams that are looking to grow their business. I think it's great that they are offering a CRM that's affordable for companies of all sizes with a wide variety of tools in it , so it won't be a problem even when you scale up. Smooth customization ability and workflow creation.

CONS

We are still exploring it , however so far CRM.io has been a good experience.
