A Friendly friend for Admission Counselor.
Overall its the smooth and neat experience in terms of UI, Actions made and the response from EE team was quick for any query at anytime.
PROSThere are many aspects to like EE but mostly I like User friendly UI and the pop up message that reminds your follow-up.
CONSIts fully equipped with the features but some time it5 may get an delayed actions while uploading leads.

Experience with extraedge crm portal.
It is nice experience using extraedge so far and I hope this will be forever. I would recommend this software to alm the educational institute.
PROSThe safe and sturdy built and the ease of handling is the two main qualities I like the most of the extraedge.
CONSI haven't found any issue with the extraedge software so far.

Fast application
Extraaedge is very good software i liked this software we can filter the data and it will show re-enquired student details also overall it is very good software.
PROSwe can send messages and email at one time for minimum 5000 customers and we can send wats up messages also .
CONSFollow up notifications and while we are doing follow up it is showing time and date so i liked this feature in this software.

Easy to operate. Easy to switch between Tabs.
CONSSoftware is slow most of times. Some features are of no use. Only few filter options are available while entering lead many options are available. After enrolling lead the lead again shifts to application form tab.

Best CRM for education industry
The entire journey from onboarding and going live was seamless and most importantly, the CRM is user friendly and ensures there is zero lead leakage. Customer support has been fantastic and kudos to the entire team of EE. All features in the CRM has been top notch and definitely the best CRM for the education industry.
