What a life-saver and time-saver!

Flyte is fantastic. It has saved me so much time when it comes to going from back-to-back meetings. Focusing meeting time on jotting down notes while listening intently to a client is difficult - Flyte has let me just click a button and not have to worry about that anymore. I'm capturing key insights, driving more deals through, and increasing engagement on calls. I've also found that it helps with coaching myself up or my teammates based on common points of contention we find in meetings. The ability to filter by "topics" is super helpful. Thank you, Flyte!

PROS

The Key Insights and feature and the ability to filter between long/shorter summary versions of meetings. I also really enjoy the ability to see metrics like "interruptions", subjects that were covered, and the customer service! The Flyte team has taken my suggestions and implemented them into the product roadmap.

CONS

Nothing I can think of - Flyte's customer service is so good that any issues are addressed in short order

I didn't consider alternatives. Once I met the team and heard about the product and their development roadmap, I was sold.

Powerful note-taking and market insights

I always wanted to make sure that I track every detail that our client is discussing on the calls. Besides that, I try to understand and capture the moments when customers are expressing concerns or mentioning competitors. Flyte has solved that problem for me. It’s amazing to see how competitor and product level insights are aggregated for a duration which is very helpful to understand the trends. Thank you Flyte!

PROS

I love the fact that Flyte can capture salient points from my client conversations so I'm able to maintain call notes in one place. I am able to search specific points that our clients specifically highlighted. Super impressed by the topics and notes! Additionally, call insights such as sentiments, engagement, curiosity generated through Flyte are extremely helpful to coach myself for follow-up discussions. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to save time on their call and build better relationships with their clients.

CONS

Nothing specifically, but would have been better if I could open a mobile app.

Flyte is a great concept, but not quite there

Overall, it's been great because I can't say enough good things about the customer service team - always very friendly, knowledgable, and available to help. They made the process the best, while the product slightly lacked in a few areas.

PROS

The price is reasonable, it does most things well, and is simple and easy to use. Enough analytics are offered, and the notes generated are fairly comprehensive.

CONS

However, it misses the mark a little in the notetaking - I noticed it had missed a few points here and there that I would've included in the summary. The biggest weakness in transcription is for people who have an accent and don't speak English natively. I noticed the AI struggled to accurately transcript some thicker foreign accents.

Excellent Product and Huge Value Add

PROS

The accuracy with which flyte analyzes and records notes from calls has been amazing. The integration into our CRM has given me so much time back in my day. The ability to go into a conversation, and click and hear the recording from the exact point I want helps coaching for myself and others.

CONS

Nothing as of yet. In using the tool everyday, I have not come against a frustrating yet.

Excellent technology, amazing results

PROS

Flyte is a profound AI tool that enables my team to understand where they are in their sales process and what they can do to move it forward. Trackers in place that allow me to know where we stand against our competitors (competitive insights) and deal intelligence within all stages are now a critical component of my team's daily processes.

CONS

Very little! There is a strong onboarding presence, great training, and if there's a feature you want that they don't have, they can build it!

Call Insights helped me understand customer pain points better

It’s a great platform for sales people or a startup founder who has back-to-back client calls. I’m able to keep all my client details in one place and I’m super impressed by the call analytics. I have made important decisions based on the analytics such as when to introduce a certain topic during a call or how to manage talk time and excitement level. Also, call insights helped me improve customer engagement. I saved a lot of time by just referring to the notes captured by Flyte instead of going through my notebooks.

PROS

enjoyed using Flyte primarily because of call insights. I used to write down my call notes but wasn’t able to capture everything etc. I’m amazed by the insights that Flyte provided for all my client calls. Besides that, the way Flyte captures actions, questions and data points, it’s a huge help. As a startup founder, we’ve had busy times during fundraising and Flyte definitely helped us track every detail that we referred to for follow-up discussions.

CONS

Nothing as such within the app. I’d prefer to have a mobile app so I can just record my calls and let Flyte create notes while I’m traveling.

All Around Beneficial.

My overall experience has been great and super helpful when a meeting is moving quickly and it also helps with the interaction between you and the client you don’t have to take notes and you can be fully engaged.

PROS

I love that the software can show us metrics about the sales meeting but it’s a great professional tool in terms of both education and room for personal growth

CONS

I would say the clarity of some of the words picked up could be improved however we are in the meeting so if we go back to the notes we know what was discussed and we can adjust the narrative.

Conversational CRM for winning sales teams

It's been very easy to work with the Flyte team. They are very responsive and accommodating. The product is evolving at a fast pace.

PROS

The ability to track key terms and tag them for easier reference in the transcription. Also the ability to sync the transcripts back to contacts and deals in HubSpot.

CONS

I don't dislike anything about the product.

Flyte trial in early stage tech startup.

PROS

I was looking for a note-taking service primarily. We are a small team and any efficiencies we can get in the sales process are valuable at this point. I like that you don't need an extra Zoom "attendee" to have the notes taken and the integration with Hubspot is solid.

CONS

It's early days for Flyte from a full-feature perspective, but I suspect the AI will continue improving on the transcription front.

Great client call analytics and insights

For performing an apples to apples comparison between client conversations, Flyte can't be beat.

PROS

The deep analytics from recorded client calls. It doesn't just track how much each person talked - it performs sentiment analysis.

CONS

The time it took for the speech analysis to run. I'm sure that as processing speeds increase, this will be less.
