we have been using this platform since 2016, it is a user-friendly platform. Tracks all the interactions with the customer and keeps us on track for the next follow-up/task assigned to the lead.
CONSThe client support from the tech team of Sell.do is a total "NO". Totally dissatisfied with the time taken to respond to a ticket and to resolve the same. The next follow-up Tech person is barely aware of the issue even after the ticket id is provided. sell.do for ios would be appreciated.
