I was so excited when I came across ShareDocView. I was in the market for a document-sharing program, and when I found ShareDocView, I was even more surprised that it's so much more than just a document-sharing platform. I love that you can create campaigns, view the analytics, set document protections, and see analytics on how often your document has been viewed. I took a test drive with their free account and was impressed with how easy it is to use, upload your documents, and share them. That's when I knew it was a no-brainer, and I had to purchase this software. The ease of accessing the documents for your end user is super simple and quick too. I highly recommend this product for your document-sharing needs.

ShareDocView is extremely straight forward and easy to use. The most important feature is the analytics feature that can provide with the insights into how many people are viewing or interacting with the files. It is crucial for me to understand the file access "Traffic", like how I monitor my website. It also helped me to understand the effectiveness of my promotional campaigns or marketing efforts. Creating a quantitative performance measurable!

Most things are basic and easy to use which are their pros. If I really had to put cons on this product, it is the ability to share across a lot more different types of files (E.g. Videos, images, product template files or even links) - Currently I overcome them by putting the links of files into PDFs and upload the PDF instead. I will be great to be able to directly input the other file types.

It has been pleasant other than the one time bugs issue. The direction is easy to understand and support is good.

It would be even better if it had two features. Firstly, it would be nice if the language of the landing page could be changed freely by the user or automatically changed when the language is selected to make it easier for international users. if you need a Korean translation, I am willing to do it for you.Secondly, I'd like to see more formats such as videos, powerpoints, etc. I don't mind if the videos are just links from other services like Vimeo, etc. This is a really good service that shouldn't be missed.

I like exploring ShareDocView as it has great features even for our department The UX is very fluid and the access control options are commendable. The whole system looks very promising. Plus, it is way more affordable than Smartlook.

The analytics could be improved, especially when we are running events through a funnel. I also wish there is an option to build heatmaps out of historical data. Compared with Smartlook and Hotjar, the pricing plans of ShareDocView are better, but hopefully there are more features in the pipeline.

Small problem download form editing features are limited. This is not necessarily a problem. But since we have to translate English into Hungarian, this is a minor problem for us sometimes. It would be beneficial for the software to provide a wider range of language translation options.

Overall I am having satisfying experience. I am happy with its effective real time synchronizing program that keeps on uploading the data in secure ways. And also its filtering features is one of my favorite features that creates easiness while finding the files form large size of data.

I really liked the functionality of the documents; where you need to price things out in a consultation comes with ease with sharedocview. I am able to track and analyze where prospects interest are and what they want to do next in the process.

Maybe add a chat inbox for users viewing the documents or have the google number be connected to the line somehow for text SMS functionality.

It is super easy to take into use and does exactly what it promises. I hate overly complicated SW products.

As it is still in development it misses some features I would like but I already noticed those are on the roadmap. Such a great thing the roadmap is publicly available. Helps a lot when selecting SW!

It's my best solution to share all my pdf files but other files format could be added or improved.

The ease of use and how quick it is to share a document is what I love about the product. When a file is accessed I like the alert I receive allowing me to know if a client read whatever file was shared and read.

Sharing pdf files is exellent but if you want to share other type of files, like powerpoints the layout is changed by ShareDocView. It's best to export a powerpoint to pdf before sharing. I would like to share video to show my client but it's not available.
