Huge fan of Textla
Textla is a great SMS tool for teams looking to do bulk and 1:1 SMS outreach. My team needs to get in touch with creators quickly, which often means we need additional ways to reach them besides just email. Textla gives us the power to reach these creators with a simple, easy-to-use interface. We love it!
PROSTextla is super simple to set up and use. Our team was up and running quickly. Importing contacts takes seconds and the entire tool has a very easy learning curve. We can schedule campaigns to go out en masse to our creators or just do 1:1 texting with a creator. Textla makes it easy.
CONSWould be cool to have additional functionality like email management, etc, within the tool, but as an SMS tool, Textla works perfectly!

Innovation at its best with superb customer service.
This is a very interesting world for me to wait into, and it feels really good to have a partner at my side who will help me not only in theory, but in process and technology to make sure that I'm doing it right and making sure that I follow the rules of texting and have the best possible reception and conversion. It's really helpful to have a teammate like textla.
PROSThe product of Texta is amazing but the customer service is out of this world. I can send an email or even text them and one of the guys will call me and will personally work through it because they wanna know if there's an issue so they can fix it immediately. I love that kind of attention and authentic care about their product.
CONSNot too many times actually if anything always just like with every start up, you always want more features faster, but I am very happy with textla and they have made the roadmap very clear and secured expectations so that really helps

And look at doing a direct integration with Julio, but I just did not have to know how to college and the user interface a textla solve that problem for me and I'm so excited about it

More control over texting costs
It has been super easy to use and such a benefit to us to find a texting service that has flexible pricing and good delivery. We never have delivery issues and have slashed our texting costs.
PROSI appreciate Textla most for its flexible payment system that allows me to pay only for the number of texts I need each month. This flexibility helps manage costs effectively, especially given the varying needs of our community from month to month.
CONSI would love to be able to sort texts in the campaigns tab and filter and organize better.

Textla has been good to us so far, we as a company are about a month into daily use and it’s gets a little easier everyday.
PROSIts functionality was very easy for us to get the hang of and that made it easy to transition over to Textla
CONSIf they had a Chrome plugin that would really put it over the top with us.

Textla is a game changer (price & product). Nothing like it.
Tremendous. Can't give it a higher praise
PROSThe integrations are fantastic-- I use zapier frequently for automation and it is tremendous. The pricing is so far under everyone else, but the product is better. How? I don't get it.
CONSThey are shipping new powerful features rapidly and sometimes it's hard to keep up with working them into my daily flow.

Great service
Easy to Import Lists: Textla.com makes it incredibly simple to import your contact lists. The process is straightforward and hassle-free, saving you time and effort. Simple to Use: The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even if you’re not tech-savvy, you can quickly get the hang of it and start sending messages without any issues. Great Price per Text: The pricing structure is very competitive, offering great value for money. You get excellent service at a reasonable cost, which is a big plus for small businesses and startups.
CONSAutomatic Unsubscribe on "Stop": If a customer replies with just the word "Stop", they are automatically unsubscribed from the list. While this is a standard practice, it would be beneficial if there were a confirmation step. Non-automatic Unsubscribe with Additional Text: If a customer replies with "Stop" followed by any other text, they are not automatically unsubscribed. This can lead to confusion and requires manual intervention to ensure compliance with opt-out requests.

Easy Peasy
Textla is an easy way to send SMS messages to our contacts. I got set up in 2 minutes and was texting within 24 hours. It is a very simple and easy to use platform. It was also easily the most affordable option.
PROSTextla onboarding was great. The team is really strong and seems to care deeply about my success as a customer. The price is also excellent.
CONSWorks well for my needs but there aren’t as many features as some other companies(yet).

Great way to bulk text my fraternity
We frequently need to bulk text my fraternity brothers. Textla makes it fast and easy to send out mass texts and hold 1:1 text conversations without blowing up my personal phone number. Love the contact management aspects of it.

I love how user-friendly the interface is, as well as how it doesn't throw too much at you and confuse you. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it WELL!

Textla is the best business texting solution out there
Textla has been great - super easy to set up and super responsive customer service. Any time I've had an issue, [sensitive content hidden] has been all over it very quickly. I'm impressed. Also, the cost savings (compared to alternatives) are awesome.

Using Textla will save time, and this will allow you to grow your business!
Excellent! Customer Service is Excellent, the program is excellent, and I can't say enough good things about Textla. My sales have increased because I use this program to keep my customers updated on information. I can send out 1 message through Textla or bulk messages, either way, it saves time and money especially when I can schedule SMS messages to go out in advance, and never think about it again.
PROSScheduling mass SMS messages to go out on certain days and times of the day. Set it up and forget about it, because Textla will send that message out for you. Then customers can respond to you. If you schedule a message to go out at a certain time and you realize you made a mistake, no worries, go back into the program, make the necessary adjustments, and reschedule the SMS message to go out as planned.
CONShmmm, I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this program.

TextLa for Small CU
[sensitive content hidden] at TextLa was hyper responsive to all my questions and concerns. Over the last 18 months he has even introduced some of the improvements that I recommended. He is great to work with.
PROSBecause TextLa is very cost effective it allowed a small credit union to use texting SMS on a daily basis.
CONSThere are no SMS templates, so we need to create SMS each time.

TextLa offered a basic, low-cost option for the low amount of SMS we send/receive.

Could Not Ask For A Better Marketing Tool
From our initial contact with a sales representative till today, we have been nothing but impressed with both the product and the service we receive - especially considering the absurdly low pricing. [sensitive content hidden]has been amazing working with us hand in hand to set up our account, and the use of the texting app is by far the easiest on the market. A simple CSV upload with name and number and we have increased our engagement by 125%.
PROSThe ease of use that Textla provides is phenomenal. I have not seen any other product on the market with such a simple and effective approach to Consumer Texting, both in mass and individual.
CONSWe have had no cons. I cannot overstate how effective and easy to use this product has been for our company.
Reason for choosing Textla
Pricing and Ease of Use. In the market, there were many other complicated products with 6-8 week set up times that cost triple what Textla was offering, and half the capabilities.

Simple, Easy to use.... One of the few platforms that doesn't charge per sms. The smoothest sms service that I've used.
CONSOnly limited to twilio & not compatible with mobile device. Other than that, it's by far the best platform out there.

Highly recommend Textla
Textla is a great SMS marketing platform for startups and high-growth businesses. We use it at Coast to do follow ups to our sales prospects, ask for customer referrals, etc. It's a key part of our sales stack and is well-priced / comes with great support.
PROSThe customer support is outstanding. Super easy onboarding. Best pricing on the market by far (we researched all of them). And very reliable - never had issues with downtime or lack of deliverability.
CONSIt's a young company so the platform is relatively lightweight compared to others, but it has all the basics covered. Hope they can keep shipping new features in the coming months.

Game changer for our organizaiton!
Our overall experience with Textla has been nothing but positive.
PROSWe love Textla and it's simplicity. We needed software that would allow us to send mass text messages out to our participants, both in real-time as well as scheduled. Textla allows us to do this and it is much easier to use than our previous service. The cost is great, the customer service is fantastic.
CONSWe wish there was a mobile application that would allow us to check replies and send mass text messages out without using our laptop.

Textla delivers a great SMS experience
Textla is one of my favorite new tools in my sales tech stack. The platform is simple to use. The support was great - they basically onboarded me on a call and I was texting by the end of it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add texting to their sales process.
PROSRock solid support team. I've hit them up with a few questions and they are super quick to respond and know the ins-and-outs of the SMS space like the back of their hand. Price is lower than I expected, which is great. The campaign management feature and Contact upload were super easy to get going, which I loved.
CONSWould be excellent to get a CRM integration in the works and start automatically logging SMS sends. :)

Great and affordable system for SMS!
Textla is a smart and affordable way to send SMS messages. I can text my coworkers and customers without having to learn how to use complicated software. It is very simple and easy to use. I can text my coworkers and customers with Textla without giving out my personal cell phone number. That way, I can keep my personal and professional lives separate, and it is still easy for me to text people.
CONSThe product is pretty simple, and it could use some extra features, like an app, more integrations, etc. But those are coming soon!
