Time = $. Knowledge = power.

The cost/benefit is great. Every sales person/manager/trainer needs to use this type of conversational AI tool set. Traq.ai is the easiest/best I've found so far.

PROS

Traq.ai has saved me a tremendous amount of time, allowing me to focus on the actual work of sales, sales training and business development. It's a great tool for individual sales professionals and managers of sales teams. It's gives me greater insight and more actionable information about my customers and sales force. QUICK, EASY, IMPACTFUL. I wish this tool was available a long time ago.

CONS

They've added features and I don't really feel as if I'm missing anything. I would like to have some industry specific templates but I believe those are coming soon as well.

The Ultimate Sales Meeting Assistant

The [sensitive content hidden] are hands-on, helping, and willing to create custom reports and the overall support is excellent.

PROS

Frees up our time so we can concentrate on selling rather than writing notes and then adding them to the CRM. I personally like the buyer's sentiment analysis to help me understand the rest of my sales process.

CONS

It is all great! I do wish it generated the perfect follow-up email to everyone after the call.

Call recording made easy

Overall it is an excellent platform tool for follow up, sales call evaluations, and reminders for those technical or informative conversations.

PROS

Traq.ai makes everything easier when it comes to conference call recording and transcription. It's a very functional friendly platform with easy to use data transfer options, making it a seamless tool for recording conference calls, transcription, and accompanying sales tools for gauging sales calls for efficiency and content.

CONS

There's only one issue I've ever seen and that is the transcriptions that aren't 100%. That seems to be coming from accents, slang, and general clarity of call. But the transcription is very useful for finding the place in the recording that you might want to go back and listen to.

PROS

I appreciate how Traq automatically records all my calls and provides a transcript and analysis, which helps me coach my team effectively. With Traq's scoring system, it's easy to identify calls that require further analysis. Additionally, the program enables me to search through transcripts and verify what was promised on a call with ease.

CONS

Traq doesn't have many flaws. The only feature that I like the least is the black box calculation of the call score.

It's great. I love the product development on AI tools

I can focus on the call and my prospects and know I'll have all the info I need, organized, when I need to reference it

Sometimes I wish starting the note taker was a little easier, but that has mostly been resolved

Must have for any business with digital meetings

Saves a bunch of time and effort from trying to frantically take down minutes during busy calls and share minutes with the team. Makes it easy to come back to old conversations for forgotten insights.

PROS

Plugs in with WebEx (and presumably other similar programs) to record what specific people are saying and summarizes their input and sentiment. At the end of the call, you can customize the takeaways in so many different formats for different purposes. Way better than taking notes yourself!

CONS

Takes a bit of time to learn how to ask the AI the right questions and does take a little bit of perseverance to set up properly.... But once it's all set up it is a remarkable tool!
