They make the back end interface easy to figure out and the customer support for questions is on all the points. I have utilized Velocify for a few years now and absolutely love it.

The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.

The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.

Velocify is okay to use. There are some functionality limitations if you want to use it as a CRM.

We thought it connected wirelessly, but we soon discovered it must be connected with the HDMI cable and it must also be connected to the power supply instead of just being charged.

Some 'hidden' tricks in the manuals, tutorials. It take some time and practicing to understand, what and how to do.
