The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.

The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.

Quick, smart, and understandable Customer Support (lots of easy-access help and support on the site itself). The product is perfect for our company's needs.

It's immensely simple to use while still providing powerful analytics and customization. Vendor is cost-friendly and eager to help when needed.

Lots of functionality, but little difficult to navigate.

Velocify provides all of those things to its users, and that provides all the tools a user needs to stack the odds in their favor, provide vital competitive advantages, and win more customers.

Scheduling and notation are essential and it's nice to have both capabilities within one resource. It's also great that it communicates with other software.

Reminders are great and easy to use helping to keep you on track for following up with customers.

Technology is behind the times, reporting is a nightmare for customization, and the customer service is awful. We've been with Velocify for almost three years, and they still don't know what we do.

I absolutely love this program, it is so easy to navigate and I love that I can customize my options.

It has increased the teams outreach efficiency by about 80%  compared to last and other system options, went from 13 clicks to 3. Customer service is mostly responsive.

I like the ease of use and the analytics. I also like seeing what my Agents are doing and not doing, along with all the info necessary to correct.

Information on who to contact is at your fingertips. The pictures of animals and people when you log in are cute.

Velocify is okay to use. There are some functionality limitations if you want to use it as a CRM.

First, Zift Solutions has great people which is the bedrock of a great service. Everyone we have worked with has been very helpful and currently we have been lucky enough to work with Renata.

Not Zift's fault but the amount of content provided to use to push through Zift was limited so we couldn't use it as much as we wanted to.

Salesforce.com integration process has been a struggle and the project team changing.

Layouts of the icons were a bit confusing at first to navigate and set things up but some of that could be do to I am new to the Lift software.
