Easy to implement chatbot

Overall this really makes it easy for prospective association members to stay in touch with us on their and our favourite channels.

PROS

The product was very easy to implement in our Wix-based website solution, with no coding necessary at all. It works very well right out the box and doesn't impact our website loading speed in any way.

CONS

Every site visit counts towards the free tier 500 limit, with no option in the free tier to limit the geographic reach - meaning our chatbot is even loaded outside our city, which we don't really need. We're probably going to end up going with with the Basic tier just for that.

Great multi-purpose chat widget!

Overall experience has been really great. Having multiple points of communication for conversion when someone is on your website can be crucial. With this widget you can have as many points of contact through whatever source you would like and it is extremely easy to see and to use.

PROS

I like the ability to customize the cosmetics of the widget itself and I like the amount of communication options. It has everything and you can display multiple at one time as an option.

CONS

There really isn't anything I don't like about it.

The product I used before Chaty was very limited with sources available for communication.

Works as promised

PROS

It helps us convert our website visitors into paying customers. We have just been using it for a week, and we do get people pinging us. We resolve their queries, and they end up buying our course. My ROI is easily 3x already, and I feel it can only get better from here.

Great Widget

Fast support

PROS

I had a problem with configuration i wrote a message and the response was very fast and solve the problem. The customer service is very nice and willing to help. A very nice option is a free package that allows you to test all the possibilities without incurring additional costs at the start.

CONS

The process of starting the service is too long, it is necessary to provide payment card details even for the free package.

Quite easy and many customizations' features

Easy and satisfied.

Client engagement is essential for any online business, and the primary function of the chaty app, which is offered at a price that is affordable, is to locate the greatest number of options for displaying our support system. Modifying the bottom is super easy when done from the dashboard. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

CONS

The app should be integrated with the Life Chat app so that when customers click on help, the Life Chat app appears as the default rather than redirecting them to another page. because the majority of customers prefer to use live chat as their primary method for obtaining immediate support

Fantastic app

Great. Thank you for a cool little app!

Customer support and ease of use, the team helped me in a minute and the products works great.
