The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.

So far FreeAgent is amazing and more than we thought it would be.

We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.

All this at a reasonable price perfect and easy to recommend.

The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.

Integrates well with Office 365. Looks great and is neat and tidy.

I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.

I like ease of use and the responsiveness of customer service. This is a great product for small to medium size companies.

On multiple occasions they've turned around and pushed into production our product feature requests in a matter of days or weeks. Zapier & Mailchimp integrations are a huge plus too.

Great product, EXCELLENT customer service. You won't find anything comparable to this for the price.

I like the fact that you can do so many integrations like Mail chimp and Zapier.

Lack of reporting is something that is being addressed. Email integration is inconsistent if you're using an Exchange server.

Having to learn new technology. I am not well versed in using computer software and integrations.

Coming from Excel, this is obviously superior. I like most the ability to track what each of our sales reps are doing, the email analytics and dashboards.

Easy to use and functional. I like the most is that I can know when my client open a Mail.

It is easy to customize to my business needs and the customer support is excellent.

Workflows are a big help and the customer support (both chat and email) is amazing. We were able to use the product almost immediatley.

If Salesforce customers would be aware of FreeAgent CRM, Salesforce would have no clients any longer.

Overall Myself, and my agency have been very happy with the FreeAgent Product and onboarding team.

It's reliable for the most part. Any issues or questions I've had have been sorted out by the Support Team and Account Manager very quickly.

The setup, integration and training were straightforward and relatively easy.

I love the different views available, the customizable apps, report features, and the new RingCentral integration will be so helpful.

We liked how it worked as a process flow management tool. We looked at other tools, such as salesforce, and they were not easy to conceptually fit into our process.

You have get in there and use it a few times, you have make edits and changes to the terms, drop down options.

Hard to get a comprehensive understanding. User guide talks alot about the functions but not the set up and connections between functions.

We struggle with the multiple emails and slow process to get questions answered.

LV has a group of forward thinkers and appear to come up with quick and easy solutions for text and e-mail. They are very dependable, do not go down as previous dialing solutions have.

The software is constantly upgraded and new features are added, making it an industry leading solution.

Sometimes, there are errors and technical difficulties.

By providing an easy to use interface and opening up almost all features of the system directly to the user, you truly are in control of your own call center.

Best value, better user interface than any I've seen.

This has provided tremendous benefits in terms of efficiencies as well as visibility to the overall operations of the Call Center.

The product works good but if you are having any problems with it don't expect to get a solution for the help desk.

Their customer service and support staff are top-notch.

Livevox is a user friendly tool and has good transperancy.

If your not using LiveVox, your wasting your time, money and manpower. No other dialer compares.

The customer service we have received has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the industry. The actually help desk is terrible.

The connections between the capability is somewhat confusing and non intuitive. The inability to use the base without incorporating to the entire echo system is the most frustrating.

The software is easily scale-able as our organization grows and they were very proactive to assist clients with Work from Home solutions when Covid hit.

Staying compliant in these Litigious times has put us at ease and really reduced stress for all of my crew. I believe they have the ability to be the #1 dialing solution for the collection industry.

Customer service is over seas and very difficult to deal with.

LiveVox is an excellent partner and offers great support and feedback on how best to leverage their software.
