Best Tool to make your office effecient

Good, best toll to assign the work to your employees and to keep the track of work between employees and customers.

PROS

Ease of assinging the work to employees. It is one of the best tool which my team used during the Covid as most the employees were working from home and it was easier to assign the work.

CONS

I did not find anything which I did not like about timeshare. At the start it was hard to reach the company as there was time difference. But now it is OK>

The most flexible whatsapp tool

Our biggest problem that TimeLines solved was initially registering the conversations as Activity in Pipedrive. The others providers does it through system notes, and notes are not measurable. What is not measured cannot be controlled. We currently use a messaging system through webhooks that use our agent's own number to trigger messages, which makes it something unique and powerful in the market that is saturated with bots through the WhatsApp API. Which already many customers distrust and seek a more human contact.

PROS

I like that we can register on an activity on pipedrive all conversations with our agents. Before timelines, we didn't have any idea how many conversations had each agent or how many conversations (or days) they need to close a deal. And the other tool that we are using now, is the mass messaging with other software like customer.io that open to us multiple options to automate WhatsApp communication.

CONS

There is no way, so far, to know how many individual message are sent and how long does the customer take to answer to our agents. The report part is missing here.

With MessageBird, as others API whatsapp messenger, you have to involve technical people in flows builders. In this case with timelines, everything is easy to use. Everyone who has used whatsapp web can use it like a pro.

Support and Maintenance need to be updated

if the communication with whatsapp is critical for your business perhaps timelines be an issu because it can be stopped at any time with no notification even for maintenace fixes!!!

easy to setup and configure, and really to start working with it.

CONS

could be for sure updated is the support and maintenance operation without any notification in the middle of the day... and the only respons you're receive from the chat we 're working to resolve this issu....

TimelinesAI

All of my staff can now access my Business WhatsApp, from unique logins! Timelines was great. I ended up moving back to WhatsApp when WA launched its beta multi-device feature. But if I get to the point where I need to have more than four devices connected, I'll be going back to Timelines.

PROS

Integration was seamless, rollout was smooth, support was great, and features were helpful, specifically: - each person being able to have a login means that I know exactly who wrote what message - being able to add comments to specific messages, and tag staffers in those comments, makes delegation and follow-up really easy - being able to add alerts / reminders is HUGE; being able to add them to individual messages is fabulous (because if I send two messages explaining next steps to client, I can add a time-based/time-relevant alert to each message, matching the timing of each of those steps) - unexpected but GREAT: it automatically uploaded all of the conversation history, from even before I started using Timelines. This meant that the change in staff (which happened at the same time as implementing Timelines) was smooth. (that said: they only load about 25-30 additional messages each time you scroll to the bottom of the conversation; for me, it's not fast enough / a big enough number, because my client conversations consist primarily of numerous short messages).

CONS

1. This program is GREAT; but it's not the prettiest interface. Honestly, with all of the features, that's not even a drawback at this point. 2. The constant customer support chat at the bottom, means that the tab always has a notification flashing "(1) New Message!" -- I find it distracting and confusing (because it always makes me think that a client has sent me a message). 3. My staff sometimes experience connectivity issues, ie, their account would randomly get disconnected (but since I can reconnect without having to get on a video call with them, it's a pretty easy fix, relative to WhatsApp's delegation system). I also think this was all before a patch that resolved it. 4. (As of mid-September) if my cell phone is offline, my staff can't connect to conversations. I think this is a limiting feature beyond TL's control (having more to do with WhatsApp than with TL), but it's worth mentioning. (I went on vacation and had to buy a local phone plan because I have my Business WA set up on my personal cell phone; my cell carrier didn't work in vacation spot, which would've meant no client comms available for staff during whole vacation, which is not an option.)

Whatsapp integration with Pipedrive

PROS

I was looking for a easy suction to integrate whatsapp into Pipedrive. Timeliness works as expected. You can send messages directly from pipedrive, conversations are logged automatically and contacts and deals can be created automatically.

CONS

Limited capacity for mass messaging campaigns. one needs to exports contacts from pipedrive and import them to Timelines. With the starter plan only 50 bulk messages a month

easier to integrate with pipedrive. Twilo seems a good product, but one needs to invest some time to understand how it works, what is the price and how to set it up

Shared Inbox for Whatsapp

Great and easy to use product with a unique value proposition.

PROS

It's really easy to setup , few clicks and you are ready to go. It's the only product I found that allows me to load and share the history of my Whatsapp chats. We use it to share access to Whatsapp accounts between team members

CONS

Currently, TimelinesAI focused on Whatsapp only. I hope they will implement additional integrations in the near future.

Effective automation tool

The use of the tool has been great, as it has optimized the work time, facilitating the synchronization while leaving the records faithful and transparent.

PROS

How quickly it performs synchronization between platforms, saving time that was previously spent manually. Synchronization between our customer registration system and the conversations we have on whatsapp.

CONS

To be easier to filter the conversations that we want or not to integrate without going one by one through the application

Keep track of long back and forths

It helps me keep track of long lasting conversations where each response is far appart and you forget what was last said.

The gmail integration makes it easy to update a timeline with new messages.

CONS

Messages are not automatically added to the timeline and new timelines have to be explicitly created.

Room to grow

It's great to not use my own number at times. Good to have things all in one place. Useful for collation of documents & communicating with clients.

PROS

Simple and clear to use. Effective for its purpose. Helpful as a means of not using a personal number for work. Promotes teamwork.

CONS

Slow, often crashes, takes time to download previous messages. Notification sounds can be annoying. No feature to download all images from one chat at once. Would like to have option for desktop notifications (& sounds only) for chats assigned to me.

En general ha sido buena, acomodada a la necesidad principal de integrar el crm con la plataforma de chats. Sería bueno que empezaran a contar con asignación automática de chats, algún sistema de reporting y algunas configuraciones automáticas.

Su integración en tiempo real con pipedrive, es fácil y rápida. Así los agentes no tienen como intervenir con la herramienta, solo tienen que chatear y gestionar.

CONS

No hay un sistema de asignación automática de chats a los agentes disponibles. Las notificaciones del celular y de timelines no están sincronizadas, es decir; si en timelines ya está leído el mensaje, en el celular sigue como un whatsapp sin leer. A veces se pone lenta la llegada de mensajes a Timelines

Efficient Tool for Managing WhatsApp Communications

Timelines makes it easy for our team to manage our WhatsApp channel communications. Multiple team members are able to use it at the same time without any issues. The tagging feature is especially useful for our use case.

PROS

It is easy to use and our team was able to learn it very quickly.

CONS

All chats are unassigned until someone manually assigns them to someone. It would have been useful to have a feature where we can choose to automatically assign certain chats to specific team members depending on keywords used or something similar. This kind of automation would make the tool top-notch. Another issue our team has experienced is that chats do not load properly sometimes. Perhaps it is a bug but it can be a problem.
