It was pretty easy to use and that is just about it. I do like that it takes the email address out of your email and adds it into Mia.

You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.

It’s a great way to increase your reviews on google or different social media platforms. It is super easy to setup and anyone can use it.

The simplicity of the Google Adwords reporting they created has been VERY helpful for me as a small business owner to better understand what's working and what's not.

Mia is great at sending automatic emails and follow ups at a rate that people like and will open. The call integration is a great feature as well.

I canceled with them three weeks before the end of my contracted time. Did there stupid cancelation appointment hoop they require and then was still charged an additional full month.

If you want to use your own domain email address, instead of some weird address that is not easy to remember then you're at a bit of a loss.

The software was difficult to navigate and ultimately setup. I found it confusing and not very intuitive or straight forward.

Fantastic, very happy with the product and the support.

I say this because I am not a developer and  I really struggle to do this.

The support channels that it provides are making my working great and also quite effective.

Experienced users of ticketing software will have little trouble navigating, but new users may find the interface a bit less-than-intuitive.

It's frustrating when messages go into spam that are not spam. This caused delays responding to important clients.
