One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.

Extremely good tool for growth hacking

The tool is definitely for professionals who focus on Crm for growth. If you have a team focusing on continious optimisation, after learning if CRM works for you (which usually does) Braze is a great to.

The tools requires learning features like connected content, good to know: liquid & html, for full potential basic tech knowledge of API, webhooks etc is helpful

I'm sure its main customer engagement function is fine. But if you are planning to use Braze with Google Workspace and want to set up a secure login with Custom SAML SSO then look for another app.

Haven't used the customer engagement part I'm just the System administrator, but I'm sure its fine.

If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues. But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.

Braze is a goto campaigner that is very easy to use for anyone with minimal training. They have a very modern and highly efficient platform that has very high success rates. Their analytics are very minute and precise which helps understand customer engagement very well.

The pricing is bit high in the segment and for services its offering.

I think the newsletter template layout is very clear and user-friendly. It has lots of features but you don't feel overwhelmed by them every time you log on. Allows me to write newsletters quickly and efficiently without worrying about loads of set-up and formatting.

It needs some form of automatic saving or in-template saving. You have to click out of the editor and then save separately to actually ensure your work isn't lost - really frustrating if you accidentally close the window for whatever reason! Would also love the option to "view in browser"

We brought Braze for the purpose of sending email communications, push notifications and in-app messaging. In order to communicate with its members in a more effective and particular way, we can incorporated new ways to communicate with its members. We are now able to increase our overall engagement and can also expand our speeches in order to refine them. We also use the website to conduct questionnaires to learn more about our members. As a result, Braze is very intuitive: the navigation is easy and makes sense. The surface is very firm, so it is simple to execute strategies effectively and in a thoughtful way.

The customer service is truly admirable. They are responsive and respond to everything that is thrown at them in a timely and accessible manner. You have missed what you have not been able to fix, either in the form of experimenting on the platform or through your study tools. The customer service staff is wonderful. I can only praise the totality of the people we have dealt with since we started using Braze. They ask good questions and help guide us in the use of the product as we talk to them. They also answer any number of questions when we launch a new/complex campaign.

There were certain tricky parts during the application, however, the Braze group was of great assistance in supporting us.

At my company, we use it for user engagement through email, push notifications, in-app modals, etc. Braze has all the tools and settings needed to customize our messaging and manage our user lifecycle. Once we provided our custom events to Braze, we got even more flexible with our notifications and emails. The product provides tools for setting up canvases for different funnels, run reports, import user lists, tag and sort the campaigns and segments, and so much more. The interface and tools are quite intuitive, and even if you feel a bit confused, detailed documentation is there to help you out. Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you.

I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. The minor problems and bugs were either quickly addressed by Braze team or resolved on our side.

Braze is a fantastic tool for creating agile marketing campaigns in your apps without necessarily needing dev help. The value you get out of it will rely on getting everything set up properly, but the customer service team is very helpful and always willing to answer questions.

The simple and effective A/B testing Capabilities for marketing campaigns is very easy to use, and offers quick and actionable results with minimal training.

Setup and dev work up front is key to have things up and running smoothly for a marketing team. A purely “marketing” team would have a very hard time utilizing this without some support from their developers up front to get the “plumbing” connected properly. Also, data tracking on some more complex campaigns can end up out of sync - ALWAYS verify conversion data with your own internal data and do not rely on Braze for more than a “gut check” on a campaign’s success.

Prior to Braze, we were using traditional marketing strategies. How Braze automate workflow by eradicating manual tasks when creating, customizing and sending outbound emails is among the best aspects.

I mainly used their platform for email marketing, and their Braze Email product helped me build very effective emails which were also mobile-friendly. Their product allowed me to segregate different email templates for high spenders, medium spenders, and low spenders. I was able to create an automation rule and send emails based on these different categories. I was able to create an automated lifecycle for email marketing. It also has an in-built intelligent system, that guidens on what time should I send the emails and when.

No cons identified so far. The tool has an intuitive UI.

Really good, I get messages (or lack of messages) from brands and feel like telling them you really should switch to Braze.

Focusing on the over all business result and avoid being "spammy"
