  • Pros

  • The customer service and support is amazing and they also have a huge portal of learning videos and reading material to quickly learning things yourself.
  • Out of the box ability to charge for training, capture analytics and create courses. Great API support to tie into other platforms.
  • Cons

  • Looks very old school, we got a lot of negative feedback on this from employees, and management wasn't going to let us use it as is for client training.
  • Customizing the design to a more modern look would have been very costly and time consuming.

  • Ability to add photos, forms were easy to build and very attractive, love the themes, free version had lots of features.
  • I love that TypeForm can integrate with other software in the market. It makes it easy to book calls and qualify clients when I can connect typeform to software like ClickFunnels.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
  • Some of the forms I create can be quite complex and as such the platform seems to slow down accordingly which can be a bit frustrating at times.
