  • Pros

  • We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.
  • The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.
  • Cons

  • The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.
  • I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.

  • Providing multiple apps plugins like Amplitude, Sendgrid, Telegram, Google Analytics, SSO, Zapier etc. are awesome and very easy to implement with basic tech knowledge only.
  • Tribe is a powerful, highly scalable and flexible platform for almost any community of people who want to connect around a shared purpose. The tools are simple, intuitive and beautifully designed.
  • Cons

  • The only con I see at this time is the inability to send private messages from user to user. You can comment on each others post but not send a message directly to that person.
  • I don't dislike that, but if you require instant response times and expect your specific feature requests to be added quickly, you may be disappointed.
